The Cocoonr agency offers this charming air-conditioned apartment with Wi-Fi (fiber optic) for rent in Marseille. It has a surface area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Located on the 2nd floor, it consists of a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a mezzanine sleeping area, and a bathroom.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A large living room
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with American fridge, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200) and storage space
Mezzanine: with queen-size bed (160x200) and 1 single bed with tatami mats
- Shower room

On Marseille's famous Place aux Oils, discover the L'Arsenal apartment in this beautiful building.
L'Arsenal is a 120 square-meter former dance hall, redesigned and decorated by a talented interior architect and designer.

The apartment is located on Place aux Huiles, overlooking the Old Port and the departure point of the ferryboat (the world's shortest ferry crossing, connecting the 2 shores of the Old Port).
At the foot of the building are numerous trendy restaurants, bars and boutiques... Located in the hypercentre, you'll find the Maison de l'artisanat, art galleries, a small market and the “La Marseillaise” newspaper. Don't hesitate to explore Rue Sainte, which will take you all the way to Saint-Victor Abbey. In this street, you'll also find Marseille's oldest bakery, selling the famous “Navettes”. Le four des navettes” bakery founded in 1781.

Transport / Access to accommodation
Parking: you can park your car at the Cours Estiennes D'orves Indigo parking lot.
From Gare St-Charles: Take the M1 metro to La Fourragère, exit at Vieux Port. The apartment is a 5-minute walk away.

This place was as advertised. The main living area is spacious. It was clean and beautiful. The place was close to restaurants and the metro. There is a breakfast place across the apartment that serves great food. The host was very helpful she explained everything. It was just my husband and me. We stayed a few days. There are stairs so consider that but it was not a problem for us. The location is quiet.

Great location in Marseille

The property was very centrally located and convenient to everything. Check in was easy and the host provided a welcome gift that was a nice surprise. Accommodations were exactly as described. Awesome place.

Met all our needs

This apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. My husband and I were traveling with our college aged son. The loft was perfect for him.the apartment is wonderfully located in the old port. Lots of great restaurants nearby and a few grocery stores not far either if you want to cook in. The check-in process with Rayanna was easily arranged vis What's App and her English skills made up for what we lacked with the French language.

They also let us check in a few hours early. The apartment is located very centrally, so its walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Marseille. Easily a 5 star property

We recently had the pleasure of staying at an absolutely fantastic VRBO rental in Marseille, and I cannot praise it enough! From the moment we stepped foot in this beautifully designed and impeccably maintained property, we knew we were in for a remarkable experience. The attention to detail was extraordinary, with luxurious furnishings, modern amenities, and everything inside that we could have hoped for. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the vibrant city center and harbor area. The owner was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. You won't feel cramped here

This apartment is big, you will be amazed when you walk in the door. It's updated nicely and very comfortable. It is decorated well and has everything you need. It is in a great location. you can walk to wherever you need. The subway is a couple minute walk away. There is an amazing Indian restaurant right outside the front door of the building, definitely go there. The only thing that needs help and is nothing that affects the apartment is the building itself. At times when you walk in the building there is a very foul smell of sewage. The smell isn't in the apartment at all just when you open the door to the building and walk up the stairs.

Fun neighborhood with tons of great restaurants and bars, but with windows, heavy enough to block out all the noise at night. Really perfect, except: No WiFi. When we checked in, the very kind representatives said that it was being worked on. After a couple of days, we complained that it was still not working, and they emailed back a request for the MAC address of the box, along with instructions to cycle the power. Nothing worked, and there was no further response, despite repeated pleas for help. I need reliable internet to work, and it became a huge problem, with NO RESPONSE from the agency. I can deal with being told that they’re working on it. But complete unresponsiveness to multiple daily emails is not acceptable. I can’t imagine what would have happened had there been a serious safety issue. Beautiful space, but you’re on your own."

Hard to sleep through the noise of the footsteps and what sounded like kitchen table chairs being moved. Other than that, would love to stay there again.
