Beachfront 3 Bedroom Condo with Onsite Gym, Three Communal Pools and Security

Apartment 101, Palm Beach has such amazing views of the landscaped gardens and beautiful Ocean. This unit has a lovely walkway through the lush tropical gardens onto the communal swimming pool, the short and convenient walking distance makes this unit ideal for quick access.

Palm Beach is a new condominium development with all the flair and amenities of a West Coast project, conveniently located on the South Coast 5 minutes outside of Bridgetown. Palm Beach boasts of stunning sea views from each and every unit and access to the magnificently manicured common grounds and lovely pool deck with very large swimming pool ideal for a day of glorious relaxation. This is a private community with a security guard on duty from 6pm-7am for added security. Palm Beach provides a maid service 3 days a week and is within 5 minutes journey from many amenities such as shopping, restaurants, and various activities.

As you enter apartment 101, the hallway is decorated with lovely old photos of Barbados then you continue onto the open plan kitchen and living. This really sets the mood for this gorgeous, tropical 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom apartment.

The 1st bedroom has two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed and ensuite bathroom and the Master suite features a king size bed and a large sitting area with a lovely writing desk. The room has been decorated in very calming blues, greens and neutral tones and there is a view of the sea while lying in the master bed. The ensuite master bathroom features double-vanity with granite counter top and a shower as well as a tub for long soaks after a hard day on the beach.

The patio can be accessed via double doors off the master bedroom or via the living room. The furniture in the patio and the living room is very rustic and beachy and really reminds you that you are on the beach in Barbados, on vacation! Welcome to paradise, put up your feet and relax a while.

Please be advised that this unit is NO SMOKING.

Great location but…

Overall a great unit with plenty of space. A ground level unit which opens up to the beach albeit a fenced yard, but a short 1 minute walk to get to the beach. Location is good, we rented a car so made it work. Pool - great for young kids as one pool is about 2 feet and large. ROACHES: We found several HUGE roaches in the kitchen and clearly a nest (have photos / videos). Grandmother and kids were freaked out and really made the trip uncomfortable. As a result, I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

Hi Parsram, Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent stay. We're glad you enjoyed the spaciousness, convenient beach access, and child-friendly pool facilities. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the roach sightings. Your comfort is our priority, and we respect your preference to avoid pest control treatments during your stay to minimize disruption. However, we regret this affected your experience negatively. While we maintain high cleanliness standards, issues can arise, especially in tropical environments. We're dedicated to promptly addressing such concerns to ensure all guests have a pleasant stay. We value your feedback and are committed to inspecting and treating the unit to prevent future occurrences. Despite this issue, we hope you made positive memories and would love the opportunity to provide a better experience should you stay with us again. Thank you for your understanding and review. We look forward to serving you better in the future. Realtors Limited

It was a pleasure to host Shane and his group. We would gladly welcome them back on their next trip and hope that they stay with us at Palm Beach again.
