Located 100m from the beach and its water sports centre, the house has a large exotic and quiet garden, a heated swimming pool secured by a glass barrier, a large terrace with barbecue by the pool, a bright, friendly and... playful interior. The living room is large and open to the kitchen, bright because it crosses the exotic garden and the azure swimming pool, friendly because it has a comfortable lounge, a stove, a table football and a trampoline net for the children. The children jump on the net, before returning to their den: a long dormitory with two * two bunk beds, a convertible bed as well, a TV with DVD, games and a beautiful view of the garden. <br>The adults have 4 beautiful bedrooms. A master suite on the first floor with an exotic garden view, with a large shower room for people with reduced mobility - Upstairs, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom with bath. In total, there are 3 toilets: 1 on the first floor, 2 upstairs The location is strategic: 200m from the sea, the water sports centre, 3 minutes walk from essential shops (bakery, mini-market, newsagent, tobacconist, café, pizzeria, etc.), 15 minutes from Pornic, 35 minutes from Nantes. Les Moutiers are easily accessible by road and train, the train station from Nantes being a 5-minute walk from the house.
