Set in a lush green setting near farms, hiking trails, and with few neighbors, our 180-square-meter house is also just a 2-minute drive from downtown Brioude and local shops (Carrefour, Lidl, the market, etc.)
Single-story house:
90 m² on the first floor, where you’ll find the bathroom, a separate toilet, 3 spacious bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 single bunk bed), 1 game room, and 1 balcony. (Extra beds can be added for 2 additional guests).
90 m² on the first floor, which includes 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 toilet, 1 laundry room (washer, dryer), and 1 fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room. Each of these ROOMS features a terrace that’s especially pleasant depending on the sun’s position.
The house is surrounded by 2,000 m² of wooded grounds, featuring a heated and secure swimming pool. At your disposal: lounge chairs, patio furniture and outdoor tables, a plancha grill, a swing, a ping-pong table, and a vegetable garden.
We will ask you for a security deposit check in the amount of 750 euros, which will not be cashed upon your arrival.
You’ll be welcomed by our four chickens and our cat, “Ohlala.”
