This property is in a perfect location, around a ten minute flat walk to the beach and close to two supermarkets. The property itself was well equipped for a family of 5 where we cooked most evenings. The pool was definitely the highlight of the property, it was bigger than we expected and well maintained. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

All good & the only very small issue was lack of towels which was addressed very quickly. I would add that small welcome pack would be a nice touch especially for people arrive late evening something I have raised already . Thank you

Great villa

Great villa,very spacious would recommend a new sofa very dated TV channels are poor. Villa very clean, pool is lovely and so are the ground's.whst I would recommend is maybe a welcome pack as we bought stuff that could be provided like dishwasher tablets , kitchen foil and tea towels

We had a lovely, relaxing stay here, which is in an excellent location, a short flat walk from supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, the beach and port. The terrace, pool and gardens are the highlights, and the placing of the stone table provides welcome shade.However, several issues made the stay disappointing. A 300 breakages deposit is required, so arriving to broken outdoor chairs, no instructions and no basic provisions, despite being mentioned, was a real concern. We were concerned we could be charged for damage already there, which is not how we want to feel on arrival. I photographed and reported everything at once. The agent was helpful and arranged an inspection, but the unsafe furniture was left in place and, with children, we had to move it aside and keep them away from it.Inside, the villa was very clean, with shining floors, curtains drawn against the heat and a lovely smell. The agents were kind and responsive. However, for the price paid, the interior needs attention: some beds were shaky, sofas were tired, appliances old, cooker controls unclear, utensils limited, curtains ripped & dirty, and the fridge looked old and ran very hot at the side.The outside space is beautiful, and the gardeners were lovely, but it was dusty and there were no facilities for guests to maintain it.Overall, the villa has huge potential - its location, cleanliness, pool and outdoor space, but the maintenance issues hinders this villa from being one of the very best in the area.

The villa is very nice and we had a lovely holiday, but the furnishings are a little bit tired. We arrived in the evening and had to go and collect the keys from the agency office lockbox across town. However there were no instructions with the keys just an electric fob with 2 keys. On arriving at the house in the dark we assumed the electric fob was to open the gates but after many attempts we discovered it was opening a garage door at the far side of the house! The gates are very stiff and hard to open which was difficult in the dark. Perhaps this could be addressed by an informative email in advance?It would also have been helpful to have instructions for the oven as all of the markings have worn away. We did enjoy staying at the villa though and the air con was fantastic in the heat.

Great place

Lovely villa had all we needed for a lovely stay. Only down side was the noise from building works all around us all day long. We left a day early to get some peace!

De ligging van de villa is op +/- 1km afstand van het centrum en is te belopen maar het is niet prettig daar s'avonds alleen te lopen (te afgelegen) in het plaatje zelf is s'avonds ook niet veel te beleven. Althans in Mei. Maar strand en eetgelegenheden en terrasjes zijn prima.
