August holiday

We have stayed in ciudad quesada on many occasions In many villas, I have to say that this was one of the best. The swimming pool is very large and there is plenty of room around the outside of the villa to relax. Very secure with electric gates and a good high wall all the way around. 5 mins walk to a row of lovely restaurants Will deffinetly be staying again

Superb Villa with Fabulous Pool

Our Favourite villa so far outside Quesada town in a nice reasonably quiet area (who put the roadside bin there!) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as this property & would return but as it is just the 2 of us the prices have now increased way beyond our budget. A meter for the Air Con would be an idea as we totally understand that this can be costly when abused by guests - super villa highly recommended Jan & Rob

Villa tres propre , tout a porter de main . Piscine juste genial . Tout et conforme a lannonce . Hôte de qualité . Une des meilleure villa que j'ai pu avoir . Jy retournerai avec grand plaisir

Fantastic villa with beautiful pool

I have just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday in this villa in Quesada. I could not be more happier with the whole holiday. From the ease of booking with Kerry and Angela to the meet and greet. The villa has everything you would ever require. The swimming pool and outside area is very private and not overlooked. We was very sad to leave and will definitely be booking it up again for next year. The villa is also easy to get to from the airport and very close to all shops and restaurants. Thank you so much JK Spain for providing such a home from home.

Lovely property and pool

Had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend. Property was clean and well maintained. The pool was superb even though we could not find out how to put on the lighting. Some play things for the pool would have been nice and maybe an umbrella and chairs we could take to the beach. We left a lilo. We ate outside most nights and had a few BBQ's. Lots of sunny space and a nice shaded area as well. The beach at La Mata was only 15 mins away and the water park 5 mins. There is a travel cot there which wasn't mentioned. One important thing would be to update local information. The info in the villa was generic and we couldn't find the hospital which they said about in Torevieja even after spending nearly an hour looking. However there is a very good medical centre just 2 mins from the villa but we didn't know. All in all it was a lovely holiday.

lovely property and pool

This property was lovely. There was plenty of space. We were a family of 4 adults and a toddler and baby. The pool was gorgeous and we spent a lot of time in it. We ate outside most nights. We were a little disappointed because we could not see how the pool lights worked. There was a lovely shaded area when you needed it. We had a couple of BBQ's. La Mata beach was only about a 15 min drive and the water park only about 5 mins. Two things would have made it even better. It would have been nice to have some play things for the pool. (We left a lilo) Something which I thought would be very important and that is more instructions about the actual villa and surrounding area. The info provided was generic to all the properties. I needed medical attention the first day and the info provided said the hospital at Torrivieja which was about 20 mins away. We spent nearly an hour and still didn't find it. We did eventually find a medical centre in La Mata, only to be told there was actually one 2 mins from the villa! Also there is a travel cot there which wasn't on the list of items. The property was clean and well maintained and would definitely recommend to others.
