この美しく改装された1800年代の4ベッドルームホームには、フルキッチン、洗濯機と乾燥機、小さなフェンスで囲まれた裏庭、たくさんのリビングスペースがあり、家の快適さをすべて備えています。
1階にはオープンなコンセプトがあり、ホワイエ/リビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、キッチンがすべて一緒に流れています。 1階にはハーフバスとランドリー設備もあります。
2階は3つのベッドルームで構成され、2つのベッドルームにはそれぞれクイーンベッドがあり、3番目のベッドルームにはツインベッドが2つあります。 また、2階にはフルバスがあります。
3階は、フルベッド、収納用のドレッサー、大きなグループ/家族用の追加の寝室用のエアマットレスと毛布を備えた大きなロフトスペースです。
ご注意：3階は主寝室からのみアクセス可能です。

ここには路外駐車場はありませんが、無料の路上駐車場とNがあります。 クイーンストリートの駐車ガレージは数百フィート先にあるため、路上でスポットを見つけることが問題になる場合には最適です。

This rental was so perfect for our family, reasonably priced and the perfect stop on our travels from New Brunswick to Florida. While some questions went unanswered, when an issue did arise the hosts were very quick to help out. The home was very clean, and in a great location! Parking was a bit tough, but that can't be helped in the city.

The location in downtown Lancaster is outstanding. The historic row house has not been made bland. It retains a lot of its’ character. It’s a mix of updates and odd old finishes and materials. The furnishings are a bit sparse. The upholstered furniture is spotted and not very clean. All in all, it was a good experience.

Parking was a big issue. Street parking was never available. Bath rooms were very small and cramped. Otherwise everything okay considering the age of the building.

The accommodations fit our need just fine and the price point was perfect. The home was spacious and location was nice. The home was clean but could use a deep clean in nooks and crannies, inside cabinets, baseboards. Check in and communication was great. Street parking was tricky on a busy Friday and Saturday night; even the parking garage was full; but we managed.

Not the cleanest place, seems like it hasn’t been fully cleaned in a long time—lots of loose dirt around the edges of each room. Odd smell, very hard to get used to. AC didn’t fully cool the upstairs. Beds are very uncomfortable.

Our host welcomed us, kindly gave us all of the information needed to enjoy our stay. The house was very neat and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The house is equipped with everything one would need. The location is great, close to many fun places to explore.

House is really cute, has character. Host was very quick with responses to questions or issues. Great location. Near everything down town and parking was decently easy to find plus there is a garage 1 min away from the house if you can’t find street parking.

Our place is located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States.
Downtown Lancaster is a diverse, urban, bustling small city, home to some of the best restaurants in the state, as well great shops and entertainment, and you are quite literally in the center of it all! Within a five minute walk you will find fine dining at the Belvedere Inn and Shot and Bottle, and Lancaster General Hospital's sprawling campus. Also within a short walk are the Lancaster Marriott & Convention Center, Central Market, Clipper Magazine Stadium, and tons of excellent restaurants, bars, and entertainment.
I also wish to add that the neighborhood is what we consider safe and fairly quiet considering the city setting that it's in.

Close to the Red Rose Bus Station, a few blocks from the Amtrak station, and within walking distance of everything you need. Plus Uber and Lyft are super convenient in the area.
