この美しく改装された1800年代の4ベッドルームホームには、フルキッチン、洗濯機と乾燥機、小さなフェンスで囲まれた裏庭、たくさんのリビングスペースがあり、家の快適さをすべて備えています。
1階にはオープンなコンセプトがあり、ホワイエ/リビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、キッチンがすべて一緒に流れています。 1階にはハーフバスとランドリー設備もあります。
2階は3つのベッドルームで構成され、2つのベッドルームにはそれぞれクイーンベッドがあり、3番目のベッドルームにはツインベッドが2つあります。 また、2階にはフルバスがあります。
3階は、フルベッド、収納用のドレッサー、大きなグループ/家族用の追加の寝室用のエアマットレスと毛布を備えた大きなロフトスペースです。
ご注意：3階は主寝室からのみアクセス可能です。

ここには路外駐車場はありませんが、無料の路上駐車場とNがあります。 クイーンストリートの駐車ガレージは数百フィート先にあるため、路上でスポットを見つけることが問題になる場合には最適です。

Overall, it was an excellent deal for 2 families - 3 Adults and 2 Teens. Very spacious rooms. The host does his best to maintain this old house. The location is so convenient for us to get the events. Here are some notes for the future fellows - 1) It is an old house, so squeaking floor noises are expected; 2) The cleaning staff could have done much better job. But to be fair, it is a 2.5 story house, a lot of space to be cleaned. 3) In our stay, the bathroom drain was clogged. All in all, we will definitely come back if we have more than 4-5 people.

House is really cute, has character. Host was very quick with responses to questions or issues. Great location. Near everything down town and parking was decently easy to find plus there is a garage 1 min away from the house if you can’t find street parking.

Our host welcomed us, kindly gave us all of the information needed to enjoy our stay. The house was very neat and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The house is equipped with everything one would need. The location is great, close to many fun places to explore.

The host's communication was great. I tried to cancel one day within the allotted time to cancel but was unsuccessful on the app. The host tried as well. The host told me to get in contact with Vrbo. The kitchen was updated. The house was clean. The rest of the house needs TLC and paint. One full bath for seven people was tight.

Everything was great, only thing is no matter how much i looked I couldn't find iron/ironing board. I wasn't able to buy coffee. Sadly my kids went for a walk and a man pulled a gun on them. other than that all was good

This old townhouse has a lot of charm. We enjoyed that it was near Hersey, PA for an affordable price for our family. The home does need some TLC. The loft and bathrooms need to be updated.Parking is a little bit difficult as the house is located on a busy street and the only practical parking available is street parking. If you stay on a Monday night be sure to move your car before 8:30am or you might receive a parking violation as they clean the streets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Our place is located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States.
Downtown Lancaster is a diverse, urban, bustling small city, home to some of the best restaurants in the state, as well great shops and entertainment, and you are quite literally in the center of it all! Within a five minute walk you will find fine dining at the Belvedere Inn and Shot and Bottle, and Lancaster General Hospital's sprawling campus. Also within a short walk are the Lancaster Marriott & Convention Center, Central Market, Clipper Magazine Stadium, and tons of excellent restaurants, bars, and entertainment.
I also wish to add that the neighborhood is what we consider safe and fairly quiet considering the city setting that it's in.
