GuestReady - Sublime 2BR in the heart of Old Lyon

This apartment of 44 m² (about 473 ft²) with a low ceiling is located in a typical building of the old Lyon close to all amenities and the main tourist sites of the city.

It is composed as follows:

- an open kitchen with everything you need to cook (hotplate, fridge-freezer, kitchen utensils, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster). A dining table will be at your disposal.

- two separate bedrooms with a comfortable double bed 140X200 in one room and a double bed 140X190 in the other. Please note that one of the bedroom is an open bedroom with no closed partition. Please also note that the height for all the bedrooms are 1m65.

- a nice clean bathroom with a large shower, a sink, a towel dryer and a hair dryer. The toilets are separate. You will have a washing machine and a dryer at your disposal in the apartment too.

Quality towels and bed linen, vanity kits and some coffee capsules will also be provided.

Guests will have access to the entire home! To access the accommodation, you have to climb six flights of stairs.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area. Old Lyon is located on the banks of the Saône, overlooking Renaissance hotels with hidden courtyards. The district consists of three distinct parts : Saint Jean, Saint Paul and Saint George...

Old Lyon which we advise you to visit on Sunday: shops, bars and restaurants are always open there. Its cobbled streets, its cathedral and its many events all year round. You can then take the funicular for the best panoramic view of Lyon: the Fourvière hill with its cathedral. Escape by crossing the traboules, pedestrian crossings through the courtyards of buildings allowing you to go from one street to another.

The nearest subway stop is "Vieux Lyon". (Line D) is 2 minutes walk away, which is also the departure of the 2 funiculars to reach the heights and visit the Fourvière cathedral.

Bus C3 is 5 minutes away on foot.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at a minimum.
