Studio La Rotonde

Bright furnished studio in a very quiet and green residential area in Waterloo. With its equipped kitchen and accessories, the studio offers all the comfort necessary for a very pleasant and autonomous stay.
It is part of a villa and has its private entrance with external stairs to access the accommodation located in the basement.
It offers a private terrace.

Easy and free parking in front of the house
Ideal for telecommuting.
A bicycle shed is also available.

Easily accessible by train to Brussels and other cities.
Very well developed network of bike connections/paths in the area.

The Studio "La Rotonde" is located not far from the Lion's Mound of Waterloo, a world-famous historical site, the beautiful Abbey of Villers-la-Ville, the "young" university town of Louvain-la-Neuve created less than 80 years ago and part of the very famous Catholic University of Louvain commemorating its 600th anniversary in 2025.

For any stay of more than 7 nights, a cleaning service at the holidaymaker's expense can be considered if necessary.

Great little place to stay

I spent 2 weeks at the property, it was very clean, well equiped (especially for cooking) and had all the ammenities needed, all be it in a small space. The hosts were lovely and unobtrusive, yet available if anything was needed. The area is very suburban and quiet, yet an easy 25 minute walk to the centre of Waterloo for shops and restaurants. Thank you to Francoise for everything.

Très agréable séjour

Petit studio fonctionnel. Très propre. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour satisfaire les locataires. Le studio a son entrée dans le jardin de la maison, mais ils sont soucieux de l’intimité des vacanciers. Le quartier est sûr et très calme, excepté le passage de quelques avions qui ne sont pas dérangeants. La position centrale de Waterloo était idéale pour nous qui voulions rayonner en Belgique. Gemütliches, sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Studio

Wunderbar gemütliches Ferienstudio in der Nähe von Brüssel und sehr zentral in Belgien gelegen. Hauptsächlich war ich wegen der "Blue Bells" im Hallerbos dort und habe mit der Blühzeit Glück gehabt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

une fin très décevante

Très bon accueil, qui se termine en catastrophe...Rien à dire au cours du séjour, ensemble correct. Nous demandons s'il est possible de prolonger notre séjour; oui . Je prends les dispositions pour payer le supplément et reviens au gîte; ma femme m'annonce que nous devons immédiatement partir puisqu'un client a révervé le gîte pour le weekend!!!

Le séjour s'est bien déroulé. Cependant, les vacanciers ont dû mal interpréter une requête de libérer le studio pour 11h30 du matin le dimanche 1er janvier. Suite à une demande faite le 31 déc. à 19h30 de prolonger d'une nuit leur réservation (la nuit du 1er janv. ), nous avions en effet accepté qu'ils séjournent plus longuement à la condition que le studio ne soit pas loué entretemps. Il le le fut par une réservation instantanée (via une autre plateforme de locations) tôt le dimanche matin 1er janvier. Dès que j'en pris connaissance, j'avertis immédiatement notre occupant par SMS sur son tél. mobile - il était 8:58 du matin - pour le prévenir qu'il devrait malheureusement libérer le studio en vue du nettoyage du logement pour les vacanciers suivants. Ne voyant rien bouger, nous réitérions vers 11h15 la demande de libérer le logement. A mon avis, le vacancier n'avait pas pris connaissance de ce msg; Il a été surpris ainsi que sa femme de devoir partir pour 11h30.

Mooie nette studio

We hebben hier een lang weekend doorgebracht. Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien en heel erg schoon. Een kleine supermarkt is vlakbij en toeristische attracties zijn van hieruit met de auto heel goed te doen. Kortom wil je naar Brussel maar niet in het centrum slapen dan is dit een hele goede optie.
