The Villa Côté Sud, beautiful new villa of 110 m², comfortable and perfectly furnished, is ideal for holidays with families and / or friends of 6 people.

Air-conditioned and very bright, it has 3 spacious bedrooms including 1 master bedroom with dressing room and shower room and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Based in Sérignan near Valras-Plage, in the heart of a new residential area, Villa Côté Sud, very easy to access, is close to all amenities.

Our stay in Serignan at Xaviers home was wonderful. The home was clean, spacious, and the location was perfect. The home itself was beautiful and the perfect place for us to stay with the kids. The pool was fabulous, and our host was so gracious and accomodating. Would 100% stay in this rental again, and would recommend it to anyone looking to have a wonderful vacation with their family!Thanks for everything!

Wonderful charming house for a family vacation. All the amenities you would expect and more. Coffee , bottled water, snacks provided were and add touch that made you feel that you were staying at a friend's home and not a rental. Very easy to find the home and highway access. Would happily stay here for the next family vacation . Gina did a wonderful job as property manager. Thank you

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans une villa très bien équipée, très propre et parfaitement située. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine chauffée en cette fin du mois d'avril. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et attentionnés. Je conseil vivement la réservation de cette villa.J

Logement parfait

La maison est vraiment parfaite. Il n y a rien a redire. Maison neuve avec un superbe agencement. Propre, proche de toutes les commodités. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour.

Maison très sympa avec piscine super agréable!!

La description de la maison est tout a fait correcte par rapport à l'annonce. La piscine est super agréable, le top avec les enfants/ado. Il faut prendre la voiture pour bouger mais toutvest assez près. Séjour tres agréable et accueil, remise des clés au top! Merci!!

Très bon logement

Logement conforme aux photos. Très beau et équipé. Piscine très agréable et terrasse ensoleillée. Juste des fourmis qui se sont invitées dans un placard de nourriture.

Tres belle villa

Très belle maison, prestations offertes haut de gamme, environnement moyen

La maison est vraiment très bien équipée et les prestations offertes sont haut de gamme : piscine, climatisation, cuisine…,par contre le quartier est un chantier à ciel ouvert (même si dans le jardin on ne voit rien) et on est un peu loin de la mer. Pour finir les voisins proches sont le club enfant et ados d’un camping : ça met de l’ambiance mais pour le calme on repassera…

À part la météo (donc facteur indépendant et peut-être un peu tôt dans la saison ) séjour très agréable, un peu de piscine, marche dans les terres et en bord de mer, visites des différents sites alentours. Restaurants sympa tout était réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances

Entspannter, sehr guter Urlaub

Nach einem unkomplizierten Check-In hatten wir ein sehr schöne Zeit in einem komfortabel ausgestatteten und sauberen Haus. Auch der Außenbereich mit Pool war super gepflegt. Sogar deutsche Fernsehprogramme wurden installiert. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.

Sejour au top

Accueil plus que parfait de la part de la conciergerie,proprietaire disponible et sympa. La villa est tout simplement splendide,elle est tres bien equipé,la piscine est top!! Il y a absolument tout dans cette villa pour passer des vacances exceptionelles. Nous avons passer de super vacances. Encore merci et peut etre a bientot.
