Le Clos de Kervin is a renovated, semi-detached traditional house located in the charming village of Kervin in Piriac-sur-Mer, in a peaceful and relaxing setting, 500 meters from the sea, 2 km from shops, and 12 km from Guérande.

Two enclosed courtyards: one of 45 m² (south-facing) and one of 17 m² (north-facing), with parking available. An adjoining outbuilding includes a washing machine.

Ground floor: living/dining room (fireplace) with open-plan fitted kitchen, shower room, and separate WC.

First floor: two attic bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190 cm, the other with two single beds 80x190 cm and an additional single bed 80x190 cm for a child).

Additional amenities: freezer, high chair/baby bath, stereo system, DVD player.

Included: firewood. Not included: electric heating, bed linen, towels, and tourist tax.
Small pets accepted (upon request), €100 security deposit.
