Former windmill renovated on 3 floors, located 3km from the port of Pornic (restaurants, market...), 4km from the beaches and along the departmental road.
Enclosed land of 1700 m² with lovely view over the countryside (garden shed). Private parking in the property.
Ground floor: living room/living room with open kitchen (TV) and separate WC.
1st floor: 1 small bedroom (2 bunk beds 90x190).
2nd floor: bathroom (shower) and separate WC.
3rd floor (accessible by a ladder): 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200).
Additional equipment: freezer.
Included: electric heating, electricity.
Not included: sheets, bathroom/house linen, wood and tourist tax.
Animals: €100 deposit.

Tolle, besondere Unterkunft- leider nicht sonderlich sauber
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit Hund in diesem besonderen Objekt. Der eingezäunte Garten war spitze! Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt und wir mussten mehr Zeit im Inneren der Mühle verbringen als gedacht. Hier machte uns der unzureichende hygienische Zustand der Mühle zu schaffen. Gut, dass wir aufgrund des weiteren Urlaubsverlaufs alles an Campingequipment dabei hatten. Von den Decken, Kissen, Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfen etc. wirklich alles kam zum Einsatz. Die vorhandenen Utensilien haben wir ignoriert.

Tolle Mühle
Die Mühle war Klasse, allerdings ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Garten ist wunderschön, direkt neben einer Kuhweide. Liegestühle und ein Gartenschlauch wären noch toll. Insgesamt alles toll.

Was Besonderes
Uriges, nettes Kleinod. Liebevoll von den Besitzern zum Ferienappartement umgebaute alte Mühle, mit Wohnküche, Wohnbereich und über 2 Stockwerke verteilt Schlafzimmer (dazwischen noch Badezimmer mit Dusche und separater Toilette). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben super Ferien verbracht. Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht dort zu übernachten. Nichts allerdings für Personen mit Gehbehinderungen, weil man Treppen/Treppenleitern steigen muss, um zu den Etagen zu kommen. Für klassische Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern optimal. Bei mehr Personen wird es zu eng. Die Kinder haben ein eigenes Stockwerk mit Stockbett. Waschmaschine in separatem Schuppen im Garten. Der Garten lädt zum Spielen und Relaxen ein. Auf Nachbargrundstücken begegnet man weidenden Kühen und einen Esel + Schafe. Die Mühle findet sich an einer mäßig befahrenen Straße, die Pornic mit Saint-Père-En-Retz verbindet. Die Straße hört man ein wenig, wenn die Autos durchbrettern, dafür entschädigt aber Abgeschiedenheit und freier Blick in den Sternenhimmel vom obersten Stockwerk. In den sehr schönen Ort Pornic sind es ca. 4 Km, zu schönen Stränden bzw. Buchten am Atlantik in der Umgebung ca. 7-15 km. Großes Einkaufsgebiet (mehrere Supermärkte und vieles mehr) ca. 3 km entfernt. Wer mal von den Main-Stream-Ferienappartements wegkommen möchte, dem sei die Moulin Gasset ans Herz gelegt.

Très joli moulin
Un moulin très bien aménagé à l'intérieur, avec un espace très bien exploité. Bon équipement. Grand terrain autour, environnement paisible. Bon emplacement, en campagne mais proche de Pornic, des plages.
