You’ll step inside and be greeted by a river themed cabin. The living room has a rock log fire place and a smart tv where you can stream your favorite shows after a long day of fishing on the Little Red River for the perfect catch of world class trout. It also includes a comfortable single pull out sleeper in the lounger to accommodate an extra guest. You’ll find the master bedroom with a queen size bed and en suite with a jacuzzi tub, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen in the third bedroom. Plus a fully functioning kitchen and two bathrooms. Your family can also enjoy playing games or grilling outside at the end of the day in the spacious yard.

Located right next to the banks of the Little Red River and a short drive into the heart of Heber Springs, Cabin #18 is located near a private fishing dock and boat ramp. This cabin also includes a dock at the marina. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Downtown Heber Springs where you’ll find restaurants, antique shops, boutiques, and a movie theatre. You can also rent kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards at Sulphur Creek Outfitters, located next to Walmart. There are also award winning trails located nearby that are excellent for a hike and to explore nature on dry land.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin! The cabin was clean & had everything we needed. Good amount of room for our group of 5 adults & 2 kids. Great place to go for fishing on the Little Red River & about 15 minutes to Greer's Ferry Lake.

Great Cabin

Cabin was clean, comfortable and roomy. The wood burning fireplace was essential for the two of us. Front porch was outstanding. Just a great experience all around.

Reviewer Comments: We were let down when we arrived as we found the face of the microwave broken, a bed side lamp broken, and the washer/dryer broken. We also had to go buy a TV for the master bedroom. The pic-nic table also had a board broken off of it. For the price of the rental I would expect all of this to not exist. It was an ok stay, just not a cabin that is taken care of for the customers benefit. Might be fine for a guys weekend, not for a family for a week.

So I was pleasantly surprised to have all the room! I loved the welcome sign by the door and the signs inside the cabin. All the little touches that were inside the cabin were nice. The air conditioning was very welcoming and worked GREAT!! I didn’t know it was as close to the highway as it was so was surprised , but could NOT hear the traffic when inside. It was close to fishing and restaurants and stores for last minute needs. (glad to have all of that) the only thing I was disappointed about was the washer and dryer that were suppose to be included. The washer did not work and the dryer was not there at all! Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Property was lacking in appearance, cleanliness and amenities. When we arrived the front porch was still covered in leaves and dirt with a dirty stained rug to greet us. On the inside it appeared that the area rugs had not been vacuumed recently. The floors were dirty as witnessed when the babies with us crawled on the floor and their knees were black when the got up. There was no toaster, measuring cups, a knife sharp enough to peel potatoes, a can opener. The refrigerator smelled of fish. One of the doors to the closet in the master bath was not hung. The drain plug in the second bath would not hold water to bathe the child staying with us. The grills in the yard were old and had not been cleaned out from their last use. The yard area around our cabin could have been better groomed.

Reviewer Comments: I am very frustrated customer from Arkansas Vacation Cabin Rentals. I recently rented a cabin from you and on the website it has you agree to check before continuing that says upon 5-7 days of departure that you will be refunded your deposit. Now being that it was part of the rental total and not a deposit that I had to put down on the cabin in order to reserve it. I believe that is false information if you are not wanting to refund the deposit.

Really liked the cabin accommodations. Rustic setting but not roughing it. Walking distance to the boat. Beautiful location to enjoy the outdoors. Short drive to walking trails at Sugarloaf Mountain and Greer’s Ferry Dam. Will definitely stay here again.

The cabin is beautifully furnished with everything you could need. Fishing for my husband was a short drive down the road. I can’t wait for a good excuse to go back!
