Welcome to Highland Ridge Cabin! Highland Ridge Cabin is a wonderful authentic 2 level log cabin in the prestigious Sherwood Forest Resort in Pigeon Forge. Sherwood Forest is a gated, private community with check-in available on site. The cabin sits alone at the top of the driveway at the end of the road, so it feels more secluded than the usual cabin in a resort neighborhood. The hot tub faces the woods with no neighbors in sight. Complete privacy for total relaxation!

The incline of the driveway affords you a cabin at the top with an unobstructed view of beautiful Mt. LeConte and those gorgeous Smoky Mountains. Sunrise over the mountains is spectacular, take your coffee out to the deck chairs, soak up the mountain view and listen to the birds sing while you plan your day's activities in Pigeon Forge or downtown Gatlinburg.

Highland Ridge Cabin is centrally located so you will easily be able to enjoy all the attractions the Smokies have to offer. It's close enough to the Parkway to be at Dollywood within minutes, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the modern world if you want to head to the Smoky Mountains National Park for a nature drive or a hike on one of the many trails.

The cabin sleeps up to 4 adults with a king bed upstairs in the main bedroom (en suite) and a queen bed in the ground floor bedroom. There is a bathroom on each floor. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for the children. The maximum occupancy of the cabin is 6 guests ages 0 and up.

*** COVID-19*** Our standard cancellation policy is in effect and we recommend that guests purchase travel insurance, particularly "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) insurance. The ONLY EXCEPTION would be if the state of Tennessee or Sevier County mandate that short term rentals close.

CANCELLATIONS. Refund exceptions will NOT be made outside of our standard cancelation policy for COVID-related issues, including if you or any members of your group contract COVID or unable to travel.

Great short vacation with two of the grandchildren. The cabin was perfect for our trip. We loved the. Ire of the mountanear. ins and the hot tub. Close to the attractions! Thanks for a great time. We even saw a Bear.

Fantastic property!

The chalet / cabin was exactly as described with awesome amenities, spotlessly clean, has great views of the mountains, and perfect privacy. The host was super friendly and responsive. We will definitely book again!!

Great location

We took our 3 boys on a summer vacation and this cabin was perfect for our first family vacation in the mountains. Amazing views, nice clean cabin, close to everything we wanted to do. Host was awesome, great at communicating!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend. This is the absolute best location, on the tail end of pigeon forge and minutes from Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean, has spectacular views and the communication with property owner is top notch. Highly recommended, 5 stars across the board.

Beautiful Cabin/Great Host

We had an amazing time with our family. The cabin was perfect and had it all! Hot tub, pool table, video games! Lori was a great host, checked in on us and very prompt to respond with questions! Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway!

This property was very clean and maintained, a little more than we’ve seen before! Everything we needed was there and town was close by for short trips to grab items. Insacart and a few restaurants deliver there as well.

The cabin was beautiful and extremely clean.

I would definitely stay at this property again. It was extremely clean and presented a beautiful view of the mountains. It was close to anything you might need and yet provided peace and quiet while at the cabin. The property manager was quick to respond to any of our questions.

Just what we wanted!

This is a great cabin and a great location. Well equipped and exactly as the listing portrays. Really enjoyed sitting outside in the evening as well as playing games with my teenagers. No complaints and would certainly stay again!

Cozy Christmas Retreat

Chose this location for a girls trip over an extended weekend. Could not be more pleased. Cabin was decorated for Christmas, complete with fireplace and hot tub. Spent several hours playing pool and watching tv by the sparkling Christmas tree. Property is not difficult to find, and all gate/door code information was given to me clearly beforehand. Property was clean, owner was easy to contact, and we left with absolutely zero complaints.

GREAT LOCATION

Booked for family vacation. Unit was exactly as described. Communication with the owner/manager excellent. Really enjoyed the view and the hot tub. Got to see a bear directly behind the cabin from the hot tub which was a highlight of the trip for our teens. The pool in the community is very nice. The location was the best thing. Being at the end of Pigeon Forge, you can access Gatlinburg without the traffic of Pigeon Forge. The driveway is steep, but was never a problem, its a tradeoff for the great views. We highly recommend this property.

Unbelievable Views

We stayed at the cabin for Spring Break. It was very clean and had starter paper supplies and soap which was very helpful. We do recommend bringing bagged ice since the ice is trays only. This was communicated prior to arrival. In fact, all of the communication from the owner/manager was very clear, prompt and helpful. The property was in a great location; very close to all of the activities in Pigeon Forge and to the Great Smokey Mountains. The views from the porch were breathtaking. You can also see the mountains as you play pool in the upstairs loft. We definitely recommend this cabin! You won't be disappointed.

Outstanding Stay!

The cabin was just as the pictures described. It was extremely clean and we had no issues to report. During the pandemic, we have to be extra careful and at no time did we feel uneasy about being in the cabin. The whole check in and check out process was extremely easy. We enjoyed our time hiking in the Smokies, as it was just a short trip away. Lori was phenomenal with her communication and knowing she was communicating and checking in to see how we were doing was great. We were celebrating a couple birthdays and feeling comfortable being away from home was really important to us. I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience. Thank you Lori for being such a kind host.

Absolutely wonderful place and incredible view. Very cozy inside,clean and in order. Quite area and great mountain views, but close enough to town to run and get thing when needed. Host was great with quick responses. My family had a great time and woustay again!!

This is the perfect little cabin! We had 3 adults and 2 children and it was the perfect size. The cabin was clean and had everything we could need. The location was perfect, we had beautiful Mountain View’s and we were still close to the parkway (about a 10 min drive to all the attractions). We will definitely stay here again.

Mountain Getaway

We loved our stay at Highland Ridge. The kids enjoyed the game room, the adults loved the front porch view and we all enjoyed the hot tub! The driveway took some getting used to but we managed that just fine too!

A great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay our family. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with what we needed. I had one very minor issue that the owner resolved quickly. The whole family enjoyed playing the arcade game and pool table during some downtime. We also loved the view while having our morning coffee on the deck.

Lovely cabin

We had a lovely stay at this cabin. The owner was very responsive to questions. The view is spectacular. The hot tub, video game machine and pool table were big hits with our group. The kitchen had everything we could need and the items were well kept. The driveway is steep and we parked at the top where it levels off a bit. This was the only negative. This was a great place to stay!

Welcome to Highland Ridge Cabin, located in the beautiful Sherwood Forest Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN. We would love for you to make Highland Ridge Cabin your home away from home for your Great Smoky Mountain adventure.

We are the proud new owners, just purchased at the end of last year. We vacationed in the Great Smoky Mountains for the first time a couple of years back and fell in love with the area, the people and the gorgeous mountains. We knew then that we wanted to own a piece of that heaven and we knew it had to have a mountain view. Once we entered the Sherwood Forest Resort it was clear that was the place for us.

We hope when you come to visit that you will stay with us. We'd love to host you at Highland Ridge Cabin and we hope you make some beautiful memories here, as we have.

We fell in love with the location and views from Sherwood Forest Resort but yet we didn't love the cabins that sat one next to the other with no woods or privacy of any kind. Then we found our beloved Highland Ridge Cabin! It has all the benefits of a resort property --community swimming pool, manicured landscaping, security gates at entrance, lit roads at night...but none of the downside of being too close to neighbors and seeing everyone in their hot tubs! Our cabin is up at the end of the road, atop a hill, with the woods as our neighbor. You will need to drive up the fairly steep driveway, but don't be afraid...it's paved and there's a turnaround to get back down easily. And once you're up at the top...oh, the view...and the privacy. You won't even know you're in a resort!
