New apartment with panoramic view on the Gulf of Saint Florent of 165 m² furnished and decorated with taste and recent construction, with sea and pool views.The rental is 100 m from the beach "Tettola" with private access and 1km from the village.This duplex apartment consists on the ground floor of a very large living room with sitting area (with sofa bed), dining area and fully equipped American kitchen overlooking the terrace, 2 master suites also overlooking the terrace and separate toilet. Outside there is a very large terrace with a covered part, a pool house with summer kitchen and a swimming pool.Upstairs is 2 bedrooms overlooking a terrace with panoramic views of the Gulf of Saint Florent, a bathroom and separate toilet.The apartment is fully air-conditioned.This apartment has 3 outdoor parking spaces.Services included- Welcome and hotline- Supply of bed linen, toilet linen and kitchen linen- Welcome basket and kits (home and personal hygiene)- Broadband Internet with WIFI and TV- Baby kit (umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat)- Regular maintenance of green spaces and pool- For any reservation of two consecutive weeks an intermediate cleaning will be offered to you (putting up of the beds, cleaning of the sanitary facilities, collection of garbage, cleaning of the floors of the apartment)Optional services (extra charge)- Housekeeping during your stay (€130 including taxes per trip)- Change of household linen during your stay (€192 per change)- Intermediate household and linen change during stay(€265 per benefit)For these optional services, an appendix will be sent to you as soon as thereservation.This appendix contains the description of the included and optional services and the terms ofbooking and payment for optional services.

Superbe maison avec une vue à couper le souffle Le nord de la corse est typique et très agréable j ai beaucoup aimé !! Séjour dans une maison/appartement convivial et fonctionnel

L’écoute et la disponibilité d’Alexandre Fanti Top niveau !!!!! Grâce à sa réactivité de tous les instants, son professionnalisme a rendu notre séjour magique !!! - Le presse fruit est MEGA nul, mettre un presse fruit électrique - acheter un plat à tarte/quiche, quelle femme ne fait pas de quiche ou de tarte l’été ? - acheter des vrais couteaux à viande car pour la côte de bœuf, j’ai du en emprunter à ma fille… - acheter spatule gomme pour racler « l’appareil » dans le bol - acheter deux grands saladiers pour les salades composées - acheter un gonfleur de matelas et matelas pour la piscine - acheter un lampadaire extérieur car côté salon couvert, les lumières sont horriblement fortes, on a l’impression de se retrouver au commissariat de police, lors d’un interrogatoire…. LOL TOUT LE RESTE ÉTAIT PARFAIT !!!!

Une prestation exceptionnelle

Toute la prestation était au top : - Accueil parfait avec un appartement très propre - Service rapide et bien fait lors de demandes particulières (entretien, dépannage clés,...) - Le personnel de CYRNOS IMMOBILIER est extrêmement agréable et M.Fanti est très serviable. - Un service au client irréprochable. Nous avons beau chercher nous n'avons pas trouvé de faille.

Logement très beau et très bien équipé. Colis de bienvenue apprécié. Belle vue mer. Dommage toutefois que ce bord de mer ne soit pas « exploitable »
