"Casa Lia" is a nice, quite and cozy apartment in panoramic villa Fisciano (Salerno) in front of SALERNO UNIVERSITY CAMPUS.
It has two rooms: a large kitchen / living room with a corner That can be used as a studio and a big bedroom.
The kitchen / living room has everything you need to cook and it anche has a dishwasher. Anche There is a table with chairs, a comfortable sofa-bed for two people, two bookshelves and a desk. In the bedroom there are two beds (a double and a single). Between the two rooms there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a washing-machine.

The apartment even has a great terrace with a beautiful view of the Valley and Vignadonica dell'Irno (but if the weather is good, you can even see Salerno and its gulf). On the terrace there is a small table and a very nice hammock. The apartment has a wireless Internet connection.
Guests have full access to the apartment. It is on the first floor of a modern building and it has a private car box for medium size cars.
I live in Fisciano too, not too far from "Casa Lia", I know I can help you for anything you need.
I will be there for check in and check out.
Transfer from Naples and Salerno may be available on request.

Villa Fisciano is a very quite area. Within 50 m of the accommodation, there is a mini-supermarket / bar and S. Andrea church. 1. Within 5 km you can find every shop you need. In the area there are several excellent restaurants and many farmhouses That offer local dishes.
Villa Fisciano, founded in Roman age, has the S. Andrea church (about 950 AD) and a wonderful view on Vigliadonica.
The apartment is:

- 1. 5 km from the University of Salerno;

- 9 km from the "Frassineto" Which nature reserve has picnic areas, barbecues, a car park and bird-watching points;

- 15 km from Salerno, the first town on the Amalfi Coast and you can travel from the port to reach Amalfi, Positano and Capri;

- 55 km from Mt. Vesuvius;

- 33 km from Pompeii (archeological site);

- 53 km from Paestum;

- 65 km from Naples;

- 65 km from the Royal Palace of Caserta (Reggia).

If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to stay, "Casa Lia" is the ideal accommodation for you, yet it is very near to most famous tourist attractions in the Campania region.

Nice apartment

Spacious clean apartment, very responsive hosts. It is in an apartment building so there is some noise from neighbors in the hallways. Good housing option if you are visiting the town. Convenient parking down the street. Must have a car, this is not walkable location, it is outside of town on a hill so you have a nice view of the valley.

un bel appartamento in un bel ambiante

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par Claudia et Paolo qui nous ont mis à l'aise tout de suite. L' appartement est neuf, très propre et bien équipé ( il y a même un grille-pain) avec un très grand balcon donnant sur une vue à des kilomètres de distance jusqu'à la mer dans un environnement calme et presque champêtre , avec un garage privé mais pour une voiture moyenne, la nôtre étant trop grande nous l'avons laissée sur une petite place toute proche sans aucun problème. Les voisins sont très courtois et ont même été formidables lorsque nous avons eu une urgence. Belle étape reposante après la folie de Naples et très bonne solution pour visiter le reste de la Campanie puisque l'autoroute est proche. Tout ceci a fait de notre séjour une expérience pleine de beaux souvenirs. Siamo stati accolti molto bene da Claudia e Paolo, che hanno avuto una buona intesa con noi. L'appartamento è molto confortevole , proprio arredato ( c'è un tostapane !) con un grande balcone e un garage privato ma perche non era adatto per la nostra grande macchina l'abbiamo lasciata sulla piazzetta vicina senza problema. E una parte tranquilla del paese, con poco traffico, con vicini cortesi e gentile che quando abbiamo avuto un incidente grave , ci hanno aiuti immediatamente. Fisciano era perfetto per noi dopo un soggiorno a Napoli con la sua rumore . Da qua abbiamo potuto visitare il resto della Campania molto facilmente ( l'autostrada non è lontana). Un bel viaggio e belli incontri ! We've had a hearty welcome from Paolo and Claudia who made us feel immediately at home. The flat on the first floor is well equipped and very comfortable ( it even has a toaster ! ) with a very large balcony, a somptuous view up to the sea, a very nice church aside and a garage but as we couldn't leave our big car there we parked it on the little square in the surroundings with no problem at all. The neighbours were very courteous and even happened to be very helpful when we had a serious urgent home accident. The place was nice and quiet after Napoli and very handy to visit the rest of Campania as the motorway is not very far. All this has made a very dense trip full of memories.

Superbe halte en retrait de l'agitation sur la côte amalfitaine

Nous recommandons chaleureusement Casa Lia à tous les vacanciers souhaitant visiter la côte amalfitaine. Location superbement bien située, excellente base pour rejoindre tous les points d'intérêt de cette région riche et magnifique et ils sont très nombreux ! On y a apprécié le calme après l'agitation des sites touristiques ! Confortable, bien équipée, accueil charmant de Claudia et de son fils. A réserver en toute confiance, vous ne le regretterez pas !

Ottima location

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Appartamento elegante, confortevole e luminoso. Dotato di ascensore che collega garage e appartamento, balcone vivibile ed esposto al sole. Accoglienza familiare, massima disponibilità da parte di Claudia e Paolo, prodighi di gentilezze e buoni consigli. Posizione in zona tranquilla e servita, vicinissimo all'Università di Fisciano/Salerno. Garage interno e parcheggio esterno. Consigliatissimo. Potendo, torneremo ancora :)

UNA PIACEVOLISSIMA SETTIMANA TRA STORIA E NATURA

L'ottima accoglienza della signora Claudia e di suo marito, la loro disponibilità e gentilezza, l'appartamento con ampi spazi, confortevole, pulito, luminoso e tranquillo (c'è anche un grande terrazzo per godere delle giornate calde), la posizione strategica (vicinissimo all'imbocco autostradale per raggiungere con facilità le mete turistiche più interessanti della Campania), hanno consentito a me e a mia moglie di trascorrere una settimana estremamente piacevole.
