気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
The property is a nice property must say , however i was unsatisfied by what was advertised and what we got , we paid for a 3 bedroom got 2 , we saw on the website there was hottub , grill etc none was there false advertising ,we didnt get those at all . Property manager voiced theyvmentioned on the website
That you need a vechile to maneuver around this too was not listed , apartment wasnt cleaned to extent , monies were not refundable and this wasn't nice at all. We paid 2thousand something dollars and when we got there was a different story manager was not cooperative, when we tried to explain she actually was not sympathetic its like she couldn't be bothered with us . All she concern about is if we staying at the place or not but i was like sonvecause u have the money already you not trying to understand whats happening with us . We travelled we are your guest . Apartment has roaches, fridge wasnt cleaned properly , bed frames a really dirty , mattress as well , placed has alot of insects , mosquitos, wifi not functional properly, televison only 10 stataions playing and is only news , cartoons, church , etc not even one for a lil movie . We actually in a country have to walk up 3 hills and a long stretch area is very difficult to find . We paid for a place expecting by port manager will be there awaiting guest to show them place no show at all . My rating willl be very poor because the service was poor and false advertising was major problem . We need our refun
