We loved our stay in this cute skoolie! The setting was peaceful and relaxing, and evenings by the fire pit were a highlight. The hosts were wonderful and even brought extra firewood. Such a fun and memorable getaway!

Skoolie was the perfect long weekend getaway. Close to all attractions from the state parks to the adorable town no more than 10 minutes away. Highly recommend and would come back for another long weekend

This place was awesome and the view was awesome. We enjoyed the coziness of the bus and the fire pit with seating area. The owners are very quick to remind and update you with the status of my stay. We can’t wait to come back and visit another venue from you.

Quirky little cute place. It was very clean and the couch was super comfortable. A/C works really well. Loved the fire pit outside, we used it daily.

Cute, unique, and cozy!

My husband and I stayed one night in the Gypsy Skoolie for our anniversary. It was a fun and unique experience. The school bus was very clean and comfortable. It was cutely decorated. We enjoyed the quiet, rural location. We have already recommended it to several friends!

Excellent little getaway!!!

First, the bus was very modern with lots of updates. Management thought about EVERYTHING! There was extra linen, blankets, coffee, coffee filters, etc. Toilet is camper style so it’s in the shower. However it’s not that bad, the shower is finished off with herringbone style tiling. The only issues we had was that it had been raining previously and the road was red clay so it was messy on our truck. The AC works well too. I was rather cold at different times. I would definitely come back again.

Charming renovated bus

Very cute and secluded. Short drive to south Syllamore creek, town square and Blanchard springs. Very roomy for a school bus. If I had a bus I would renovate it the same way!!! Host is very pleasant and quick to reply and assist with requests. We will be staying with Fireside at other locations for sure!

Cute little get away!

This little bus was even cuter than described! Very clean, and comfortable. The area is peaceful and quiet. The only thing I’d say is that it’s a stretch to say it sleeps 4. There were only 2 of us and we slept very comfortably. I’d say 3 would be okay as long as they’re relatively small and at least 2 are comfortable sharing a full size bed. It was perfect for us.

Cute bus

We came for a short weekend trip bc I thought staying here would be super unique and a great core memory. It was unique. It’s clean and very comfortable. Due to the small space, the toilet is situated in the shower itself. We knew this before we went so we all took a long shower before and after this trip. The bed is very comfortable. The fire pit is nice. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night and driving home bc a really bad smell was circulating from the very back of the bus. It didn’t seem to be coming from the toilet but we sensed it most coming from the heater. I am sure the host, having a long history of great reviews will investigate and correct whatever is causing this. It smelled like a rotten Easter egg.

The Skoolie was just what I expected from the listing and my family loved it. Very unique and well done conversion. Fully stocked with necessities and some great amenities (tv, internet, toaster oven). Comfortable bed.
