Family Vacation

For the second year in a row we rented this unit for a softball tournament. Great location and amenities. The wi-fi is still awful, but that was our experience everywhere in Myrtle Beach

Great location, good value

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time I've rented this unit in 3 years. It's a very convenient location, parking out front, unit is 2nd floor walk up and only short walk to pool. Everything works, but unit could use a refresh/update. Complex is centrally located and great for college visits.

River Oaks 33-F Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The picture of this unit does not give you the true picture. There was very many issues with this unit, washing machine broken, hallway rug dirty and stained, dining vinyl chairs were old and when sitting in them at the table you sunk so that your neck was at the height of the table, living sofa/bed, very uncomfortable to sit on, as well as the recliner. The ceiling fans were loaded with dust, linens were missing from one twin bed and the other top sheet had blood on it. Pot holders were filthy and given to the head of housekeeping to be replaced, but never were. Cutlery was only enough for 4, and a new tray was added. We were booked here for a month as snowbirds . If I was a property manager I would remove this property from my listing. To be fair, when I reported these problems to the Rental co. the head of Maintenance as well as the head of housekeeping came over and arranged for a technician to fix washing machine, the head of housekeeping apologized for the poor housekeeping done and also purchased some bowls and a mop and bucket for me at my request. The last was wifi/internet and cable for the tv and electronics. I had to call the company 4 times with the 4th time they added new links with boosters for the wifi/internet. Suggest you pass on this unit and perhaps even this Rental co.

Well localed and rapid access to highway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and confortable. It was pleasant having the golf course in front of the balcony. Everything is near when we have to shop or go to the restaurant.The only negative point was having people above the condo.

Softball tournament

We came down for 9 nights. Location was perfect. I had to work in the beginning of the trip. The wi-fi isn’t very good. I had to kick my daughter off her phone to log on, but that seemed common in Myrtle Beach. The condo was very nice.

Snowbird Escape to Myrtle Beach

Relaxing and Cozy Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, had a great stay. Relaxing quiet location, close to the pool. Short drive to everything including local spots to eat. Place was clean—a quick trip to Walmart and Family Dollar for toiletries and some household items made the stay just like home away from home. Vacation rental management staff was very cordial and helpful. Our family would definitely stay here again.
