Contemporary cellar in the heart of Arbois KV'O37

Located in a former winemaker’s house renovated in 2020, this contemporary basement loft offers you a comfortable stay in a quiet and unique setting.

Just a few meters away, discover a walking trail along the banks of the Cuisance River, which will lead you to the heart of Arbois.
Free parking a 2-minute walk away.

55-square-meter duplex apartment First floor: a charming bedroom with high-quality bedding, a walk-in closet, and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. Sheets and towels are provided.
Lower level: The winemaker’s cellar—a unique open-concept space featuring a sitting area, living room, and large fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, and dishwasher). Comfortable, high-quality furniture blending modern design and vintage style. (Not suitable for people with claustrophobia or asthma; as this is a wine cellar, there are no windows—the ambiance is created entirely by the lighting effects provided.)
Ideal for recharging your batteries and enjoying the region’s wines in complete tranquility (in moderation, of course).

Rue silencieuse. Facile pour se garer gratuitement.
