私たちはプーリアの田園地帯、イトリア渓谷にいます。樹齢数百年のオリーブの木が生い茂る広大なプライベートガーデンを静かに歩くことができます。トゥルッロを出ると、わずか 8 km 先にレストランやショップなどの観光スポットが集まるオストゥーニの中心部があり、美しいビーチや海までは 15 分です。わずか40km先にはポリニャーノ・ア・マーレもあります。
さらに、宿泊施設から数キロメートル離れたところに、イタリア初のサンゴ礁が発見されたモノーポリがあります。

- 最初の家、トルッロ、約80平方メートル、2つのベッドルーム、大きなシャワー付きのバスルーム、あらゆる快適さを備えたリビングルームと隣接するキッチンを備えています。
夏は涼しくお部屋を保つエアコン、冬でも快適な温度を保つ床暖房が備わっています。
4名様に最適です。

- 2 番目の家である LAMIA は、2 つのベッドルーム (ロマンティックな天蓋付きのダブルベッドが 1 室、シングルベッドが 1 室) で構成されており、両方に専用バスルーム、リビングエリア、キッチンが付いています。ラミアは、家族連れやカップル 2 組の宿泊に最適です。エアコンが備わっています。


ヴィラのその他の設備:
駐車場、屋根付き駐車スペース2台、警報システム、室内のLED TV、スカイデコーダー（カードなし）、Wi-Fiインターネット、柵で囲まれた庭園、プライベートプール、シーツとタオル、最終清掃、洗濯機、食器洗い機、床暖房。
オブジェクトの不足は、そのオブジェクトの破損のみが原因である可能性があります。できるだけ早く交換対応させていただきます。

Unfortunately Not Great

This trullo has the potential to be an amazing villa. However, there was a lot to be disappointed about. On the listing it says there is an outdoor bbq and woodburner for pizza. This is true however there was no wood to use the woodburner which was disappointing as this was one reason we chose here. Also, the pool was unclean upon arrival and during our 7 day stay the pool pump was broken and random people called to the villa everyday to try to fix it. We were never informed the pump was broke or that anyone would be calling every single day without warning. This meant we ourselves had to clean the pool which was filled with leaves, flies/bugs each morning. The lack of communication to us and the constact flow of people coming in and out wasn't pleasant. Also, the owner text to ask us to put the bins out 4 different days and gave us instructions on how to separate the waste into certain bags and bins. However, when asked where the bin bags were I was told they weren't supplied in the villa. Furthermore, when we tried to wash our clothes/towels there was no washing detergent to use in the laundry room. Despite all this, the worst thing about the villa was unfortunately the trullo itself and it's location. Inside, there was damp on the walls inside 3 of the 4 bedrooms and this could be smelt at night time making it hard to sleep. Also, the trullo is located off a main road, through dirt tracks with many pot holes making it hard to get to. Overall, poor but with great potential

Beautiful house

This was originally booked in 2020 but not taken til 2022 due to covid. The house comprises 2 buildings & lots of outdoor space so ideal for total relaxation. It is very remote albeit 8km from Ostuni so car is recommended

Un lieu très beau et au calme

Nous avons vivement apprécié le calme du lieu, le côté campagne, mais en même temps très proche de Ostuni (7mn en voiture). L'espace extérieur est admirablement bien aménagé et permet divers petit coins (canapés, tables hautes, chaises longues, table avec cuisine extérieure etc.), ce qui est super. Toutefois en cas de mauvais temps, les espaces "communs" peuvent sembler un peu petits... mais bon, dans cette région le beau temps est au rendez-vous tout comme les activités en plein air ! Terrain entièrement clôturé, sécurité garantie.

Schönes Haus, großer Pool. ABER: keine Klimaanlage im Trulli

Das Haus sieht schön aus, entspricht aber nicht einer Luxusunterkunft. Die Ausstattung ist sehr übersichtlich und die Küchen in den Häusern sehr klein. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis der Unterkunft ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Lage ist wenig geschickt, denn die Fahrt zur nächsten Hauptstraße führt über eine Art Feldweg. Also die Anreise mit dem privaten PKW ist nicht empfehlenswert. Der Trulli hat keine Klimaanlage und es ist im Sommer sehr heiß. Die Fenster können auch während man im Haus ist nicht offen lassen, da in der Gegend oft geklaut wird. Uns wurden 4 Paare Sportschuhe gestohlen. Zur nächsten Stadt sind es mindestens 10 Minuten Fahrzeit, zum Strand mindestens 25 Minuten. Im Umland konnten wir immer wieder typisch italienisch essen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis des Essens war gut. Wir waren 8 Personen, davon 4 Kinder, die den Pool gerne nutzten. Ich allerdings würde diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen und nur für Personen empfehlen, die italienisch können, die Abgeschiedenheit suchen und es nichts ausmacht, ständig das Auto zu nutzen.

Amazing stay

Really a great house. Very nice decorated, everything you need is available, really cosy, floating pillows are lovely etc. Did not want to leave the house, we liked it very much!

Perfect holiday home for two families !

This is a beautiful property, very tastefully renovated and equipped to a very high standard! It was lovely to sit by the pool and admire the beauty of the building. The property is split in to two sections making this perfect for two families, each with their own independent living space. However the communal space is fantastic, we spent many evenings cooking on the barbecue and eating together under the canopy, then retiring to the comfortable outside eating area with it's pretty lights hung from the olive trees which frame the pool. The children and adults enjoyed the swimming pool, and the floating cushions were fabulous for tanning your back! The property is spotlessly queen with beautiful linen and towels. For a large group of people it was great to have plenty of refrigeration and freezer space, often lacking in other properties we have stayed in. The property is rurally located but close to Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica both with an array of restaurants and about 40 minutes to Martina Franca which is lovely. Beaches can be reached in about half an hour, very busy in August but with beautiful sea for swimming and snorkelling. However we enjoyed very much just lazing around the lovely pool. Thanks to Marcello, Marinella and Paolo and family for looking after us so well.
