Unfortunately Not Great
This trullo has the potential to be an amazing villa. However, there was a lot to be disappointed about. On the listing it says there is an outdoor bbq and woodburner for pizza. This is true however there was no wood to use the woodburner which was disappointing as this was one reason we chose here. Also, the pool was unclean upon arrival and during our 7 day stay the pool pump was broken and random people called to the villa everyday to try to fix it. We were never informed the pump was broke or that anyone would be calling every single day without warning. This meant we ourselves had to clean the pool which was filled with leaves, flies/bugs each morning. The lack of communication to us and the constact flow of people coming in and out wasn't pleasant. Also, the owner text to ask us to put the bins out 4 different days and gave us instructions on how to separate the waste into certain bags and bins. However, when asked where the bin bags were I was told they weren't supplied in the villa. Furthermore, when we tried to wash our clothes/towels there was no washing detergent to use in the laundry room. Despite all this, the worst thing about the villa was unfortunately the trullo itself and it's location. Inside, there was damp on the walls inside 3 of the 4 bedrooms and this could be smelt at night time making it hard to sleep. Also, the trullo is located off a main road, through dirt tracks with many pot holes making it hard to get to. Overall, poor but with great potential
