This location is very close to family and is in a quiet residental neighborhood. Ms. Brianca is attentive and very pleasant. Coffee and water are on premises. She works very hard at providing a high-quality location.

We really enjoyed our stay in Arlington VA. Nice suburban area. Bianca was very accommodating. I enjoyed sitting on the back deck looking at her flowers.

Property was well kept and decorated nicely. Easy access, great communication and location was perfect for us about 10 minutes to Museum area and 10 minutes to Falls Church/Eden Center. Safe neighborhood and dedicated parking in front of house. A great stay!

Great location

The location was perfect for what we needed. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Close enough for all the sights yet far enough away to not be stuck in the middle of "downtown". Parking was ideal. Property owner was quick with responses. Highly recommend the location.

Extremely comfortable stay

Thanks so much for a truly great stay! The unit was very comfortable and included many thoughtful touches throughout that showed the hosts had really thought of everything. From a coffee station, clothes steamer, and chargers to extra supplies for each part of the suite, I had all I needed and more. I highly recommend and would definitely come back. Thanks again!

Great Space

My husband and I visited the area to attend my daughter's graduation from George Mason. Very convenient location, near her home, the school, and various other grandkids! Bianka was great and answered the very few questions we had quickly. She is a great host, and the unit is very nicely renovated, private and clean.

Even Better than Expected!

I was really looking forward to my stay in Arlington and this accommodation did not disappoint! The space is well cared for, clean, and so charming. My mom, who loves to take baths, was thrilled with the full sized tub and I was pleasantly surprised with all the toiletries provided in the bathroom and all the bottled water and coffee in the kitchen nook area. I would highly recommend and stay again. Thank you, Bianka for hosting!!

Planty people!!

There are no photos of the amazing backyard and steps covered in plants that lead to the door, it was a hidden surprise this close to an urban area. The lilies were open and the back porch was divine. My friend and I travel the country following a band, and this host has been my favorite thus far. She is very knowledgeable on the area and how to get around, as well as having tips on where to eat close by. We were there the weekend of the political parade and it was beautiful to see the locals empty out of the city in silent protest. (I do wish I had brought my electric tea kettle as there is only a microwave to heat water but there is a conveniently fast kurig.) I'm looking forward to my next trip to DC so I can rent this space again!

Arlington Cemetery Trip

I was familiar with the area having gone to elementary school in Falls Church, which is why I chose this property. The proximity to shopping, restaurants, and on-site parking was very good and the garden off the apartment was really lovely! The only clue in the listing said the entry was on the side of the house, but it didn’t indicate or show pictures that it involved going downhill. My parting suggestion to the Host was to install a railing in their side yard as you start the descent to the stairs (with railings) to get down to their garden unit. It would be nice to have something to hold on to with luggage, but I managed.

The property was fine was good for a weekend trip.I didn't really have to contact host for anything. The only thing I had issue with was the amount of the security deposit I had to put down and wasn't aware until I was booking it and apparently don't receive it back right away so in this case would not book again. It was an in-law suite so is part of the main house so have to walk past front door to access the suite around back so is something to consider. We did sit out on patio and was nice was traffic right in front of you but there is a gate/trees to block and noise wasn't intolerable. Weekend stay would be most appropriate as isn't much of a kitchen only microwave but that would be preference just something to consider. Is in a neighborhood so on street parking wasn't an issue for when we were there but lucky we could park in front when we got back from the day. Neighborhood did seem quiet and felt safe there considering is within city limits.
