Living room with cable television, high speed WIFI (optical fiber) large kitchen (with a table to eat) bathroom with a bathtub, separate toilet, loggia with beautiful view, no vis-à-vis, towards the hill Saint Clair and the large pond of Thau. Dishwasher and washing machine, large refrigerator and freezer with fresh-water tank. Outside secured parking next to the building,
