The villa in Luigny is perfectly equipped to make it a Crazy Villa: outdoor pool, petanque court, city stadium, ping-pong table, games room with billiards & baby foot, games console...

This is our 2nd Crazy Villa. All our other Crazy Villas are available on all platforms and on our website.
We have a high speed internet connection up to 500 mb/s and very low latency thanks to Starlink :)

On the multi-sport field in the garden, you can play 5vs5 soccer or basketball, on a professional quality synthetic turf. The garden is more than 2 hectares in total, in the middle of the countryside but only 3 minutes from the A11 freeway exit.

The villa and the gite have 7 bedrooms and a total of 30 beds, distributed as follows
Room 1: 4 single beds and 1 double bed - 6 pax
Room 2: 1 double bed and 2 single beds - 4 pax
Room 3: 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed - 3 pax
Room 4 : 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed - 3 pax
Room 5 : 2 double beds - 4 pax
Room 6 : 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed - 4 pax
Room 7 : 2 double beds and 1 bunk bed - 4 pax

- The kitchen is fully equipped: 2 large refrigerators, 1 small refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, dishwasher, toaster, 2 raclette machines for 12 people... and of course all the crockery, unbreakable glasses, kitchen utensils, flatware for about thirty people.

Outside you will find a beautiful terrace, garden tables and chairs, with a BBQ and finally an outdoor heated swimming pool, generally accessible between April and October.

Bed linen and towels are provided!
Soap, shampoo and shower gel available.

## Villa

The villa is divided into 3 parts: main house, game room and small guest house.
The whole place is privatized for your group at each reservation.
Covered and heated swimming pool (usually from April to October).
We ask a security deposit of 1000€ (just a bank imprint): this is mandatory in order to receive all the informations for your check-in :)

## Aperitif, dinner, parties ... and noise pollution!

The Crazy Villa of Luigny welcomes you with pleasure for all your events with friends, family or for a company seminar.
However, the respect of our neighbors, although they are far away (150 meters and no opposite thanks to the large hedges and the U configuration of the house), is a priority for us!

We have therefore put in place a number of precise rules to ensure that everyone has a pleasant stay:
- Indoors you can use the speaker provided for your parties, without any particular restriction as long as the doors and windows remain closed. The power of our loudspeaker has been designed not to disturb the neighborhood and allow you to spend an excellent evening :)
- Outside you can have lunch, have an aperitif, have dinner, enjoy the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! The sound volume outside must be limited to 90 Db (noise of a motorcycle) in order not to disturb the neighbors.

We also ask you not to use the multi-sport field after 10 pm and not to play any music.

A sensor from our partner Roomonitor alerts us if the 90 Db is exceeded outside. This allows us to quickly warn you before the neighbors call the police and ruin your stay. You will also find a decibel meter that informs you of the volume of noise and allows everyone to be aware of the possible nuisance caused outside.
It is therefore forbidden to bring your own speakers or microphones to play sound outside... except for the small 3W waterproof JBL (not supplied) for a chill atmosphere at the pool ;)

Feel free to check out our other villas, not all of them have the same outdoor restrictions (Villa du Radar for example), or think about our villas with indoor pools (Villas de la Ricardière and des Champs Corons), where reasonable size speakers are accepted indoors around the pool!

##Location

The villa is located in a small hamlet about 1km from the village of Luigny.
For shopping and market or restaurant, the town of Brou is about 14km away.

##Transport

The train station of Chartres is 45 minutes by car from the house. The nearest train station is Nogent le Rotrou.
From Paris you have to take the A10 and then the A11 and exit number 4: Nogent le Rotrou.

- BEDS AND BATH TOWELS INCLUDED for the exact number of participants registered at the time of your reservation. Any additional person will generate additional charges, proportional to the number of participants added.
- SOAP, SHAMPOO AND SHOWER GEL AVAILABLE
- 1 to 2 weeks before your arrival, you will receive an email with all the necessary information for your stay.
- The check in: Digitalized, with a key box outside the gate, and a pre check-in inventory of fixtures to sign in advance.
- Check out: Until 11am on weekdays and 6pm on Sundays
- Wood, coffee, and coal are not included in the package!

In case of reservation on Airbnb: the price indicated on Airbnb is for 16 persons max. For large groups between 16 and 30 people, there is an extra charge of 50 EUR per person. Please contact us before booking if you are a large group so that I can send you a quote at the right price.
