Set in a quiet area, a little way from the centre of resort, yet still within walking distance if you fancy sampling the nightlife, Marssie Lodge comfortably accommodates eight guests in four spacious en suite bedrooms, with a dedicated games/movie room offering the opportunity for an extra bed if needed.

Huge care and attention has been paid to every detail of this luxurious space, with underfloor heating throughout, designer decor, all mod cons, and even a separate utility room and covered parking, we’ve thought of everything to ensure that your holiday is as relaxing and stress-free as possible.

But it’s not just about being easy on the eye. Once you’ve headed home after a day on the mountain— the nearest lift is just a five-minute walk away — there’s the XL hot tub waiting for you on the terrace, perfect for soaking away any aches and pains. Then, if the weather is good enough, you could have your pre-dinner drink at the outdoor dining table while you watch the sun set, before heading indoors.

Inside, the fully-fitted modern kitchen has everything you need, whether you’re just popping one of the delicious meals from our comfort catering option in the oven or creating your own dish from some of the sumptuous local produce on offer at the weekly Wednesday market.

After dinner at the large dining table, it’s time to slink off to the sofas — don’t worry about the washing up, a dishwasher will take care of that, and there’s even a Nespresso machine to make after-dinner coffees easy. Pop some music on the Bluetooth speaker while you make plans for tomorrow, or pick a Netflix film to watch on the Ultra HD TV.

And if the kids — or anyone else — doesn’t like your taste in movies, don’t worry, there’s a dedicated games room, with its own separate screen and an Xbox One, so there won’t be any arguments over what to watch.

Four well-sized bedrooms, which can be made up as twin beds or a king bed, depending on your needs, offer versatile accommodation for up to 8. Great if you have kids… but also flexible enough if you are a mixed group of adults. While the games room offers the opportunity for an additional bed, if needed.

There’s plenty of storage space throughout but a washing machine and tumble dryer in its own dedicated laundry room, as well as a ski store and boot dryers means soggy kit stays out of the bedrooms.

With its quiet location on the edge of town, Marssie Lodge offers a retreat from the crowds, but you’re still just a 12-minute walk away from the shops, bars and restaurants of Morzine, with the nearest ski lift — the Nyon cable car — 6 minutes on foot and a bus stop for access to the Pleney and Avoriaz lifts under two minutes away. Plus, if you prefer to drive yourselves around, there’s private covered parking on site.
