これらは、2つの異なる建物の1階にある2つの家で、大きな共通テラスが階段を通り、ロマンチックなプライベートガーデンにつながっています。 壮大なベランダがあります。 2009年に修復され継続的に維持された大きな家には8つのベッドがあり、2016年に修復された小さな家には6つのベッドがあります。 庭にはベッド2台とバスルームのある小さなコテージがあります。 どちらの家にもエアコンが付いています。 空港からローマ広場へのバスまたはカラトラバ橋を渡る鉄道から簡単にアクセスできます。数分でそこを歩くことができます。 または、2行目のヴァポレットでサンバシリオに行き、サンセバスティアーノの前の基礎に沿って進みます。
ヴェネツィアの中心部に説明は必要ありません。 カンポサンタマルゲリータでは、夜遅くまで非常に活気のあるレストランがたくさんあります。 家は静寂のオアシスです。 15分でサンマルコとリアルトに到着できますが、数分でザッテーレの素晴らしい散歩を楽しめます。 ヴァポレットで半時間でリドに行くこともできます。リドでは、ビーチのほか、ゴルフ、乗馬、テニスの可能性があります。 ZattereとSanta Margheritaには2つのスーパーマーケットが近くにありますが、これはベネチアでは非常に珍しいことです。また、Campo Santa Margheritaには近くに多数の食料品店や野菜店、魚市場があります。

Great location near San Basilio and Zattere vaporetto stops and 12 minutes to the train station. Close to a supermarket and many cafes. Quiet at night and all the amenities you need. A large relaxing living room and dining room for large groups to end the day made it wonderful.

Ideal location/ quiet and sunny!

Dorsoduro is one of the few neighborhoods not crushed with tourists. A lovely, quiet, spacious apartment. Easily accessible to lots of excellent restaurants and markets. Highly recommended.

Amazing Location and Beautiful Accommodations

Our group of 13 loved our stay in Venice. The apartments were clean, spacious, well appointed, and in quieter area. The kids in our group absolutely loved feeding the tortoises. The apartments are near a piazza that had many dining options and a supermarket. Water taxis can pick-up/drop-off directly in front of the apartments. Check in was easy to arrange and quick. All around a wonderful experience!!

Great location

Plenty of room as a 3-bedroom 2bathroom property. The remaining bedroom and bathroom are separate, built into a hillside, extremely narrow, and a little dank. The location is fantastic— walking distance from most tourist attractions and no more than 10 minutes from two vaporetto stops. It was not always easy to get the owner to respond to communications.

Venice VRBO

Francisca met us and gave us an amazing overview and tour of the both areas of the property. There were 10 of us so we rented both apartments with a beautiful courtyard in between. Air conditioning was wonderful and a must. She even gave us tips of where to go for food, overview of the area and how to catch water bus and was excellent all around to answer any question. Location was in a quieter area, so that was very nice and still not far to any main attractions. it felt very safe as was in a gated area.

Complaint

Dal 4 al 9 ottobre 2024, un gruppo di 10 persone ha affittato i vostri due appartamenti adiacenti e la casa con giardino in Fundamente Briati 2537 a Venezia. Purtroppo le condizioni della casa in giardino non corrispondevano alla descrizione dell'annuncio. In tale annuncio, la zona notte della casa in giardino era descritta come equivalente alla zona notte degli appartamenti. Tuttavia, vi erano molti difetti e svantaggi che rendevano impossibile vivere nella casa con giardino. Purtroppo, all'inizio non siamo stati istruiti su come utilizzare il sistema di riscaldamento o l'aria condizionata, che avrebbe potuto essere utilizzata per riscaldare la casa. Il primo giorno fino al mattino successivo è stato quindi freddo e scomodo per tutti noi. Solo dopo l'accensione del riscaldamento, la mattina del 5 ottobre 24, i due appartamenti si sono riscaldati, ma non la casa con giardino. Sebbene avessimo lasciato il riscaldamento acceso nella casetta in giardino per molte ore durante il giorno, era freddo, umido e appiccicoso. Vestiti, asciugamani e persino i letti erano umidi. Le copertine dei libri che avevamo lasciato lì durante la notte erano arricciate. Gli specchi del bagno si sono appannati senza nemmeno aver fatto la doccia. Tra l'altro, la casa con giardino è una stanza stretta come un tubo in cui c'è molto meno spazio rispetto alle stanze degli appartamenti. Se ci si muove nella stanza in coppia, si deve quasi scavalcare il letto per andare da qui a lì.

Tranquillité assurée, bien situé et proche de tous commerces (bien appréciables)

Superbe séjour en famille pour Noël. Les appartements sont confortables ; une exception toutefois pour la chambre du rez-de-chaussée du jardin très humide à cette période de l'année. Le quartier est très agréable, et après toutes nos déambulations dans Venise, nous avions l'impression de rentrer à la maison ! très appréciable aussi de pouvoir nous réunir tous (nous étions 11) dans le grand salon et autour de la grande table. Olga est très réactive et l'accueil par Francesca très efficace et sympathique. Un grand merci à toutes les deux pour leur attention et leur cadeau de bienvenue.

Wunderbare Wohnung in toller Gegend

Wir waren für 6 Nächte mit 9 Personen von 8 bis 73 Jahren in beiden Wohnungen und allen hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Gegend ist nicht so touristisch, trotzdem ist man schnell bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Beide Wohnungen sind liebevoll eingerichtet, die Betten gut, in den Küchen fehlt es an nichts. Der Blick ins Grüne ist traumhaft und für Venedig etwas ganz Besonderes. Dazu die Veranda und der Garten mit den Schildkröten, die natürlich jeden Tag besucht wurden. Gegen die Mücken gibt es an allen Fenstern Moskitonetze. Wir waren mit allem zufrieden und deshalb traurig, als wir abreisen mussten. Wir kommen gern zurück, danke Olga, danke Francesca!

Tellement de charme

La maison est charmante, proche de tout : commerces, restaurants, bars, arrêt du Vaporetto (San Basilio). L’endroit où elle se situe est néanmoins très calme et il n’y a pas un bruit la nuit. La personne qui nous a accueillis est très sympathique et réactive. L’une des 6 chambres est petite, avec de petits lits, n’a pas de réelle intimité et peut difficilement convenir à des adultes, la chambre située dans le jardin est petite mais plus confortable tout en étant équipée de deux lits single. Chaque appartement bénéficie de sa propre entrée ce qui permet de s’organiser en fonction des habitudes de chacun, ainsi nous avions installé les lève-tôt, couche-tôt d’un côté et les lève-tard, couche-tard de l’autre. Les nombreux jeux de clés prévus permettent à tous d’être autonomes. Nous garderons aussi un excellent souvenir de la terrasse qui fait le lien entre les deux appartements, nous y avons passé de délicieux moments à nous y restaurer tout en nous racontant nos journées à Venise. Cette maison charmante a largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.

Beautiful large apartment, convenient location AND turtles!

There are 3 inter-connected living spaces in Olga's wonderful apartment, two on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The front apartment has 3 bedrooms: a double bed with en suite bathroom, a double bed room and a third room with a pair of sofa/ single beds. This apartment also has a large sitting / dining room (and a table with room for 12 to dine), a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet, and a kitchen where we did almost all of our cooking. The rear apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and en suite bathroom, and a second which had two single beds (which could be pushed together). There is also a kitchen, living/dining room and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washer / dryer. The two apartments are connected by an outdoor seating area with tables and chairs. Beneath this (on the ground floor) is a small apartment with two beds end to end, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. This little apartment opens into the garden where live a pair of friendly tortoises who enjoy lettuce and carrots! When we stayed we were 4 couples, a pair of teen friends (down with the tortoises), and a child of one of the couples. There was plenty of room for all of us, and we also invited other friends visiting Venice to eat with us some evenings. The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk to Piazzale Roma and the train station, about 5 minutes from the San Basilio vaporetto stop (and stunning evening views from the Zattere across to Guidecca) and less than 5 minutes to Campo Santa Margherita which is very vibrant in the evenings (and where the excellent Gelateria Il Doge stays open late ). In addition to the spacious accommodation and great location, the apartment also has a secret superpower: Francesca! Francesca helped us to arrange a water taxi, met us at the apartment to let us in and show us around, and was always available to help with those little electrical and plumbing things that can be a little idiosyncratic in Venice apartments. The apartment was wonderful, and Francesca turned it up to 11!

Schöner geht’s nicht!

Die Fotos geben schon eine Idee, wie schön beide Apartments sind - doch live sind sie noch viel schöner! Der perfekte Ort für Venedig mit Freunden. Und die Gastgeberin ist super zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Sicher nicht das letzte Mal.

Comfortable house for big family in fabulous location

We had a family reunion of 11, for five days at this property. The location is ideal: in a quite, residential, non-touristy neighborhood (Dorsaduro), with lots of good restaurants nearby and only a ten minute walk from Piazzale Roma (and the train station) and 20 minutes walk (or vaporetto ride) to San Marco. We were met at the place by Francesca, who speaks excellent English and gave us a thorough tour of the 2 connected apartments with garden (including turtles who the kids can feed!} Both apartments have all the appliances you could need, including a clothes washer-dryer combo in one, and a separate washer and dryer in the other. Older people might have some problems with the showers or bathtubs, and the steps to get to this second floor apartment. But we managed it all ok.

Appartements agréables et bien situés .

L'ensemble est composé de 2 appartements et d'une chambre séparée. La communication entre eux se fait donc par l'extérieur. Tout ceci est plein de charme, joliment décoré et bien situé dans le Dorsoduro pour la visite de Venise. Le point négatif concerne les chambres : 4 sont parfaitement adaptées à des adultes, les 2 autres sont très petites et conviennent plutôt à des enfants. En dehors de cet inconvénient, nous avons passé une excellente semaine, ensoleillée de surcroît.

Zentral gelegen und wunderbar für größere Gruppen

Wir bewohnten das gesamte Haus mit 7 Erwachsenen für 4 Tage, um Venedig zu erkunden und die Architektur Biennale zu besuchen. Die Lage des Hauses ist super in einer nicht so touristischen Gegend. Dennoch ist alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen beziehungsweise per Vaporetto. Von der Piazza Roma sind es gerade einmal 10 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants. Das Haus selbst ist ansprechend eingerichtet, die Küchen mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Einziger Wehmutstropfen sind die vielen Moskitos, sobald man die Wintergarten-Tür zum Garten öffnet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Haus wohnen.

Quiet oasis in Venezia

2 families 4 adults and 6 kids 17-10 years. Visited for Carnevale 2020. Two very comfortable apartments with outdoor space. All amenities, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher and, two kitchens. 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. One apartment is older with high ceilings and terrazzo floors is clean and comfortable and one apartment is newer and perfect. Great space for large groups. Perfect location away from the noise and crowds. 3 minute walk to Campo Santa Margherita and 25 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. Highly recommend. We would stay here again.

Wonderful birthday getaway

We came to Venice over Christmas to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. Everything was wonderful, even with acqua Alta. It was nice to have a location away from San Marco, but close enough to walk easily. The property was perfect. We had 14 people (3 kids). Markets nearby.

Olga's Apartment

Olga's Appartment besteht aus einer großen Wohnung im vorderen Gebäudeteil und einer kleineren im hinteren Gebäudeteil. Beide Wohnungen sind über eine Terrasse miteinander verbunden, die bei einzelner Vermietung abgetrennt werden kann. Ein weiteres Zimmer mit Bad und kleiner Küche befindet sich unter der Terrasse im EG. Wir waren zum zweiten mal bei Olga zu Gast. Vor zwei Jahren hatten wir die größere Wohnung gemietet, diesmal beide. Die Wohnungen sind absolut geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die kleinere Wohnung ist vollständig renoviert. Das Plus für uns ist die überdacht Terrasse die selbst bei Regen genutzt werden kann. Alles ist top sauber. Geschirr ist in großen Mengen vorhanden. Die Lage in Dosoduro ist perfekt. Nach wenigen Schritten ist man im belebten Studentenviertel. Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Wir werden auch zukünftig wieder bei Olga buchen.

Wunderbar

Wir waren alle (10 Personen) sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und dem verwunschenen Garten. Es war herrlich mitten in Venedig zu wohnen, die Vaporettihaltestellen sind sehr nah und gibt alles Möglichkeiten. Wir möchten uns auch bei Francesca nochmals bedanke für die Abholung von der Haltestelle denn für Besucher stellen sich manchmal Probleme bei der Adressenfindung.
