Charming Cottage with Pool and Garden, Near Le Mans

Our gîte awaits you, at the end of our farmhouse, in the heart of a hazelnut grove where you might encounter squirrels, deer, or pheasants. In winter, you can enjoy a good book by the fireplace, and from June 15th to September 15th, you'll love lazing by our heated, uncovered swimming pool (from 10 [hidden] to 12:30 [hidden] and from 2 [hidden] to 6:30 [hidden], our guests are welcome, provided they wear a swimming cap). Children will enjoy the wooded area, the games room, and the bikes available for beautiful family outings. If you're tempted by discovery, hiking trails, fishing, La Flèche Zoo, and castles offer beautiful views. With family or friends, you'll find yourself facing the vegetable garden in the large living room with an open-plan kitchen. Also on the ground floor, adjoining a separate toilet, the master bedroom with its private bathroom (walk-in shower) opens onto the hazelnut grove. For your comfort, you'll find a king-size bed (or two single beds, depending on your preference). Swimming caps are mandatory when using the pool. Just like in a second apartment, the children will be accommodated upstairs, where a bright bedroom with three single beds (single bed/queen bed) awaits them, along with a mezzanine (one single bed/queen bed and a toddler bed) with its reading corner, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. Available: Wi-Fi, baby equipment, wood for the fireplace. NOT INCLUDED: tourist tax. OPTIONAL: Bed linens (€8/bed), towels/household linens (€7/person), cleaning fee (€60).
