Unfenced courtyard of 200 m². Living/dining room (with sofa bed), kitchen, utility room, 3 bedrooms (1-2: 1 double bed 140x190 cm, 3: 2 single beds 90x190 cm), shower room with shower and toilet, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.
Beds made upon arrival.
SIGHTSEEINGS: The Plantagenet City, the Epau Abbey, Saint-Julien Cathedral, the Automobile Museum in Le Mans. The Bercé Forest.
