Wonderful!

Fresh cookies and cold water checking in. Wonderful area. Very attentive hosts. Comfortable beds and linens. Very close to downtown. You can’t go wrong here! Highly recommend dinner at The Alley on Main, ice cream at Hattie Jane’s Creamery. Do not recommend Maple Biscuit Company.

Great stay while visiting our son at MTSU. Great location to MTSU, great neighborhood. Close to everything. Exactly as described. Great communication. Will definitely use again.

Perfectly cozy

Great stay! Great location! Loved walking downtown to restaurants and hitting the greenway. Definitely will be back. Home and owners were wonderful.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The host was very communicative, the home was very clean and check-in/check-out was easy, and the location is in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location-great neighborhood

Visiting our son at MTSU. House is in an excellent location between campus and the quaint town square with shops and restaurants. This is our second time staying here and the house is beautifully maintained.

Dissatisfied

My first impression of the home was the "musty" odor that assaulted me when I walked in. Secondly were the noticeable cobwebs hanging in the corners of the dining area and kitchen. We also had to re-wash the dishes before using some of them. The small step in front of the bathtub/shower was visibly dirty with hair and dust. The communication with the host was almost non-existent. Unfortunately, while visiting a tourist site near us my friend fell, and we ended up in the emergency room at a local hospital. She ended up with a fracture of the fibula and was told not to apply weight to this leg for several weeks. This is only relevant because this particular place had stairs to access the restroom and bedrooms. My friend could not physically manage these steps. I had sent the host a message relaying this information and informing her we would have to vacate a little earlier. No comment from her. We were asked to do the first load of laundry before we left, I discovered wet linens in the washing machine and clean clothes in the dryer. So, I had to complete the washing process of the previous tenant, which by the way left clothing behind for me to discover. I did notify host of this as well. I am just a bit frustrated because I have always had better communication with my previously VRBO experiences. VRBO is a great change from the "normal" hotel experience if you find the right place. This was not the right place.

First visit to Murfreesboro

Very clean property! Excellent location for driving to all major areas and attractions in Murfreesboro. Easy walk to the downtown square for dining and going to the Farmer's Market. Excellent Hosts! We will definitely stay here again or another Host's property in the area!

Nice home

House was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable for my family of 5. It’s a great location to MTSU and in a safe neighborhood. I had great communication with the owners during my stay. I would stay here again.

Relaxing!

We had a small hiccup at check in and the owners were there within an hour to correct the issue. Great place to unwind after a hectic holiday and spend time with family. We will definitely use them again!

Perfect little getaway

The house with the blue door was an amazing stay. Everything we need needed even a sound machine for sleeping. Communication with the owners I would say was top notch. Would definitely stay here again. My daughter loved your encouraging “ good luck “ on the letter board since we were in town for a soccer tournament. The Christmas light it the small town felt like a hallmark movie. Thanks again for a home away from home felt stay.

Full of charm

We stayed here for four nights during an athletic event. It was a cute, well-appointed space and lovely location! The neighborhood was quiet while also being within 15 minutes of a Target and other shops. Also about 15 minutes away from the Tennessee Miller Coliseum.

Historic property with historic charm and modern conveniences

The location was convenient, and the amenities were modern and top-notch. The prior reviews about the bathroom were not applicable from my perspective. The shower worked as expected, with good water pressure & enough hot water for many showers. The delivered cookies were a real surprise & treat. This comment applies across most VRBOS and its competitors... with a 10 am check out time and assigned cleaning chores (trash, dishes & linens), it makes for a rushed morning which was a bummer. Would recommend a stay with no chores or a later check-out time to accommodate guests cleaning the rented property.

We are a true Southern family and pride ourselves on welcoming everyone and never meeting a stranger! We love to take our boys on adventures, sometimes with a just few hours notice. Because of that, we really appreciate when we find great accommodations whether with friends or at a warm, cozy Airbnb, which is why we want to make sure ours is just that!

Aside from traveling, we love music and have fun taking our boys to festivals in the warmer weather (which is sometimes January around here)! When we travel, we are always on the lookout for good food and local hangouts so, rest assured, you won't get the "tourist trap" recommendations from us. ;)

We like to live life to the fullest...making each moment count!
