1km from the village, located in a hamlet, the cottage is independent with an enclosed courtyard and a very pleasant view of the Valley and the Sancerrois on the borders of Berry and the Loire Valley. The house is composed of a kitchen, a large living room (fridge/freezer, gas cooker, electric oven and microwave, wood stove), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, washing machine, towel dryer), as well as two bedrooms (one bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, then one bedroom with 1 bed 140X190 and 1 bed 90x190).

Electric heating (billed according to consumption). Rental of sheets and towels at an additional cost. End-of-stay cleaning at an additional cost. Deposit. Parking in the courtyard for 2 cars.

Arrival between 4pm and 7pm. Departure at 10am.
Owner carries out entry and exit (inventory).
