Fully renovated apartment in 2020, in a residence of 5 apartments, located in the center of LA CLUSAZ. Close to shops, daycare centers and children's activities, ice rink in winter, At the departure of the Crêt du Merle Chairlift, near cross-country ski departure (at the Beauregard cable car).

MEZZANINE: 29.36 sq ft of which 17.94 sq ft below 1.80 m (hardwood) 2 SINGLE BEDS (90x190), velux with electric blind.

Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Nous avons appréciés l'appartement à proximité des remontés et des commerces, sa clarté son élégance. Avec une vue imprenable Avec un équipement parfait. Nous reviendrons. Ainsi que l'accueil à l agence. Il faudrait peut-être un mixeur pour faire des soupes ,à moins que ne l ayons pas trouvés .
