If you come to work at the shipyard, you’ll be there in 15 mn on foot.

This house is perfectly situated to fully enjoy La Ciotat. The old port is about ten minutes walk, the first beach and the creeks of Mugel and Figuerolles about twenty minutes. For lovers of the natural park of the creeks, you are starting from the road of the crests.

You are spoilt for choice to discover the Ciotadenne life. It’s up to you to play!



For those who want to take it easy, the house offers many amenities for 8 people in its zen and relaxed atmosphere.

Around the pool, you will have the choice between several spaces to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. 2 living areas, one outside, one under the veranda, a dining area under a shade sail and the outdoor bar with its plancha. So many spaces to spend friendly moments with family or friends. Not to mention the space dedicated to the table tennis table. The commissioning of the pool begins from the 1st week of the Easter holidays (French school holidays) until the last week of the All Saints holidays (French school holidays).

Exposed South East, the house is always fresh with its air conditioning.

The house is particularly well equipped with fiber internet, a beautiful kitchen richly equipped, many closets in the house and in the bedrooms, 2 large flat screens, 2 separate toilets, laundry, nothing missing.

On the first floor you find 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. It is the same in the semi-underground basement with a second bathroom and two bedrooms are spacious enough to have each a double bed, a simple bed and large closets. All mattresses are of quality.



The house offers 3 double beds and 4 simple beds for 7 people. If you come for a business trip, you can be in different beds.



We can provide you with a high chair and a foldable cot free of charge.

Other remarks

This is a townhouse. Despite its fence wall, a slight traffic noise can be heard occasionally but without it generating any discomfort.

2 spaces parking are available.

Parties and events are not allowed.

You can smoke outside.

Arrival times: 5pm - 7pm, departure time: 8am - 10am. In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.



The district

The house is located close to the old port and the old town of La Ciotat which runs quietly through small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrian.

Discover houses whose construction spread from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Sadi Carnot square and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.

Also take advantage of the new docks of the old harbours totally renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are an invitation to enjoy the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.

You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its rugged and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed «THE GULF OF LOVE» but also its hinterland: park of the Calanques, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and Calanque of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, circuit of the Castellet, etc.

On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the sun.

You can also take back your vehicle and embark at your leisure on the discovery of the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Massif du Castellet or in the reserve of the Calanques, discover the Golden Islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, etc.

You will enjoy all the amenities nearby. Bus line 32 serves the house.

The Ciotat is served by train and also offers access to the creeks or the green island by boat.
