Méridiane, located on the 3rd floor inside a secure residence; offers a magnificent view of the Fort de France Bay.
The appartement is located 200 m away from the Bakery and 100m away from Restaurants
Entering the habitation, a parking sport is available .
The appartement is at a 4 minutes walk from the beach, 800 m from the Village Créole at La Pointe du Bout where you'll find restaurants, Casino and bars.
Each bedroom has air conditioning and it's own dressing closet.
Fan in the living room and on the terrace.
The coutch is convertible. It offers 2 more sleeping spots for additional fees.
The kitchen offers a dichwasher ; a washing machine
a fridge/freezer , a coffee maker and a Nespresso Machine.

When you'll arrive, Veronika will give you for your rental a Bose Speaker and an Apple tv if you desire.
The TV offers acces to Netflix and Amazon Prime vidéo ; along with a Playstation 3 with one game ; feel free to bring your own.
The terrasse is equiped with a relaxing chair along with a teak table and chairs.
Inside the apparement you will find Sophen's aquarelle. His art gallerie is at La Pointe du Bout if you desire to see more of its art.

Superbe séjour

Bonjour, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, résidence très calme à proximité de la plage , accueil parfait , appartement spacieux , complet , vue magnifique sur la baie de Fort de France, locatif au 3ème étage sans ascenseur , il faut faire un peu de sport. Séjour parfait correspondant à nos attentes. Je conseille vivement cet appartement.

Magnifique appartement avec panorama 24/24

Très bel appartement avec panorama magnifique de jour comme de nuit et très, très bien équipée avec tout le confort. Un bémol, pour l'étage élevé qui peut ne pas convenir à tous (ex ma mère qui nous a rendu visite), la qualité de la réception de box internet et une clé pour 4 adultes pas toujours dans un programme unique ça a été un peu compliqué. Autrement rien à dire l'attention des propriétaires pour mettre à disposition des équipements de confort toute nature (masques, tubas, Apple TV, enceintes connectés...) est vraiment appréciable.

Super appart de standing

Appart très bien équipé, avec vue imprenable sur la baie de Fort de France. Les équipements sont récents et en très bon état. La propreté était irréprochable. Un cran au dessus de tout ce que j'ai loué jusqu'à présent sur l'île. Les 2 choses à améliorer: La communication avec la concierge. La réservation disait "à partir de 14h" mais la concierge a insisté pour qu'on arrive à 17h... et est finalement arrivée à 17h30. Elle n'avait pas pris connaissance de mes demandes par SMS car "les SMS elle n'a plus l'habitude". ça ne fait pas pro. Le parking: on s'attend à se garer dans la résidence mais on doit laisser les voitures en dehors car le bip n'est pas fourni. Nous avons entendu 3 alarmes auto la première nuit ça a inquiété mon épouse. Au final ,nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet appartement
