Spacious house with garage and enclosed courtyard (garden furniture and barbecue).
On the ground floor: entrance (library) - small lounge area - dining room/lounge with fireplace - 1 bedroom (1 double bed) - kitchen - bathroom - toilet - hallway.
Upstairs: landing with lounge, 1 bedroom (3 single beds), toilet and shower room
Oil heating (package of €10 per day).
