This unique stay is better than your typical vacation rental. The 1500 square foot building is great for your family and friends. Lots of space, both inside and outside. House has an open floor plan. We are located on a 200 acre farm. Large parking and loop driveway are perfect for anything you can tow. We are 5 miles from Burnside Marina and Island. Several marinas are close by. Downtown Somerset is only minutes away. Great central location to everything Somerset and surrounding area has to offer.
**Must be 21 years old to book.**

Very cute and cozy place to stay

We had a great time here. Location was perfect, 10 minutes to local boat ramp. Owners very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back!

Great family get away!

This place was fun and unique. Kids loved it! Easy to get to and close to many attractions. Ping pong table was a hit! We would love to stay here again. You guys have created a gem of a place to stay.

This property was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner responded very fast to any questions. The kids had plenty of room to play. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Family visit

Extremely clean and convenient to the city. Safe area with great parking. Wish they had a Keurig coffee maker. Being picky but there were no instructions for operating the TV. I finally figured it out.

Nice & quiet stay

We liked this quite vacation gone away from roads & crowds but still not too far from lake & fall. The only cons is we didn’t find a dish washer in the property.

Great stay

Stayed there for eight days. Couldn’t have been more pleased with how clean the house was and the amenities. I have used many rentals in my travels, but this one ranks at the top. Very accommodating friendly owners, easy access, and plenty of parking. Absolutely no issues, will stay there again.

Great place to get together with friends

The owners were friendly and helpful. This was a perfect place for our friends and daughters get-a- way. The building was big enough to spread out, yet all be together. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fire and listening to the cows.

Perfect lake cumberland getaway

It was just as described. A private and country setting but close enough to the boat ramp and restaurants to be convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was great! Super clean. The owners are great. Wonderful location to the lake. We used Burnside Marina. Would recommend for anyone’s lake getaway!

Awesome space with room for boat and trailer

As a boater I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Where else can you park your truck and trailer in front of your door and be at the boat ramp in 10 minutes? The whole family loved the place. The owners are very responsive, accommodating and just generally nice people. Thank you for an awesome trip. We'll be back!

Lake Vacation

We liked the open concept of the property. We have a family of four, but could easily have fit 3 more people. The host was attentive and responsive to our messages, and made us feel comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet comfortable setting close to everything in Somerset and the lake, this place is the spot. We especially liked being out in the country, but felt close to everything.
