The house of 140 m² can accommodate up to 8 people and is composed of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a games room with TV and two beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a shower room.
Secure private parking. Sheets and towels included. Animals accepted on request.

Outside :
- The house is situated in a very large, south-facing, enclosed park of 17 hectares with magnificent trees, a swimming pool, a clay tennis court, a trampoline, swings, a table tennis table, a petanque area. Cycling in the park or jogging is possible. The park is shared with the owner and is criss-crossed with wide tree-lined paths, enclosed by walls or a communal path.
- Large landscaped courtyard with dining table, parasol.
- Magnificent private swimming pool of 12 x 6 m, surrounded by a standardised synthetic fence with a child-proof opening. The pool can be covered with a heated cover, which makes it usable from May to mid-October depending on the year.
- Secure private parking outside with a gate closed day and night with remote control opening. Possibility to park up to 6 cars.
