Wedding Weekend Getaway

Had a great stay at this charming historic property. Loved that we could walk downstairs for great coffee, & down the block to the Farmer's Market and cute shops. We even got in a boat rental on Douglas Lake in our short visit.

Perfect weekend!

Our stay at the Lakeside Loft was perfect! The apartment was absolutely beautiful (I need Tracee to come redecorate my house!), well appointed, and the location was centrally located for everything we wanted to do. Tracee was the best host and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and activities. Make sure you set aside some time to shop in her amazing store located on the first floor under the apartment. Thank you Tracee for a great weekend getaway, we will definitely be back!

Sleepless in Dandridge

“The Loft” is a great place for its location if you want a small country town experience while staying in a two-bedroom, well-appointed, 2nd-story appartment. We were out-and about most of the day, but were able to eat self-prepared breakfast and/or lunch there a few time. It is walking distance to a couple of great eating places as well. We appreciated it as a home base from which we could attend a funeral and help with family matters afterward. We stayed a week. Tracie and Jill are great hosts who accommodated our early checkin, and made it easy to live there during our time. While the accommodations were comfortable and location convenient for us, you should know before renting that it sits near a very active traffic intersection and is on a very popular street. It was surprising how many loud vehicles transit the town and how many pickup trucks need muffler repair. Loud cars, trucks, and motorcycles all seemed to converge at Main and Gay streets especially around bed-time. The week we stayed in March, the old brick buildings reverberated constantly. Only the very early hours after midnight were peaceful. Ear plugs and brown noise from our phones were helpful.

We have country setting listings as well as this downtown listing. This location is downtown vibes on Main St. I'm sure it's changed a lot since your wife grew up here. Next time check out our rural listing's, these seem to be more of the quite country setting ypu would prefer.

Unplugged

When booking the property, I did not realize that there was no TV or WiFi. Be prepared for that. Otherwise property as described. Beds were much softer than we prefer; if you like soft beds, you will be happy here. Enjoyed boating and hiking in the area

Family get together

We stayed in Drandridge for a family get together at a relatives home. Wife and I stay downtown and really enjoyed it. Tracee was exceptional in communication and having the place ready. Really nice amenities close by and everyone in town was very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

short stay

The condo was very clean, Tracee very nice, adorable delicious coffee shop directly behind condo. We had a nice one-night stay, ate at Dandridge Brewing company, Christmas shopped, and took a nice walk to see the lake. The condo is in the middle of everything! There are no TV’s or wifi but we were only there for one night so it did not affect us.

Perfection!

I am so grateful for this wonderful apt loft. We were traveling for a nearby horse show. My mom was with us so I wanted to stay some place "safer"than hotel during COVID. The apt was spotlessly clean and absolutely gorgeous! I loved shopping around town. Everyone treated us like we had been there before with Hospitality second to none! We will absolutely be back!

It's a Charming little place with plenty of room for three or four people. It was super clean. It came with a kitchen . It's super quiet in town which is what we were looking for. You could walk to restaurants. Within a short drive you had a grocery store coffee shop, ect.
