Comfortable Apartment With Terrace In Chamonix
HostnFly offers you this beautiful 35 square meters apartment in Le Lavancher, a small traditional village above Chamonix.

## Logement
The flat is bright and has a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space, a bathroom and a nice living area with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a dining area.
Just a 10-minute drive from the town center, you'll find many typical restaurants and shops in the resort, and can take advantage of several nearby ski areas. The apartment is west-facing and therefore very sunny, and features a terrace opening onto a shared garden with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc.
The house has a terrace and a garden with 2 deckchairs, 1 table and 4 chairs which will be very much appreciated in summer and winter.
You will have everything you need to have a great stay, including Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, hotplates, dishes. There is a washing machine in the residence, shared with the other flats.
There is a wood burning stove in the living room. If required, there is a baby cot available in the bedroom.
There is a covered parking space available, as well as an outdoor parking space.
To access Le Lavancher in winter, it is preferable to have snow tyres or chains.
The resort is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favourites with you!
It is possible to go snowshoeing in winter and hiking in summer from the residence.
A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.
For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost. For bookings made after 16 November 2023, linen is included.
You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

Famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of alpinism, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town centre and numerous activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog-sleigh rides, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery can be discovered all year round. Casino
