PROPERTY
HAVELOCK is a beautifully appointed luxury cottage with 240 foot frontage overlooking Lake Rosseau! SW exposure, new dock (12x40), outside seating! Amazing property in desirable Muskoka location.

INTERIOR
The cottage is light and bright with very high quality finishes. There is a large entry area with its own powder room. Beyond this you will find the beautiful Great Room. The high ceilings, large windows, wood burning fireplace and spacious seating area makes this room a highlight of the cottage.
Attached to this open concept Great Room is the kitchen, equally as sleek in appearance with its large kitchen island (3 stools) and white Caesar stone countertops. Kitchen also features a Kitchen Aide side by side fridge, 2 Marvel wine fridges, Brigad commercial stove (2 ovens, 6 gas burners and a skillet), and a Bosch dishwasher.
In an alcove off the Great Room, guests will find the dining area, with a large dining room table that seats 10!
On the other side of the Great Room you will find what has been referred to as the "family wing", consisting of 1 Primary (King) bedroom with a TV, a walk-out + 3-piece ensuite bathroom on the main floor, and 3 bedrooms above the Primary bedroom on the second floor. The 3 bedrooms on the second floor include 2 Queen bedrooms and 1 room with 2 twin beds. There is also a family bathroom (3-piece) on the second floor of the family wing.
To the right of the Great Room, past the mudroom where there is a powder room as you enter the cottage, there is a separate wing with its own Primary bedroom (King) + 3-piece ensuite.
There are 2 outside decks on the cottage level, one beside the front entry and the other accessed from the Great Room, which features a glassed in railing and plenty of outside seating - a perfect place to enjoy breathtaking Muskoka sunsets!
Waterfront features a shed for the 2 kayaks and canoe, new 12x40' dock, level land to enter water as well and a few Muskoka chairs on a sunny porch.

The linens and turnover fee is $1,260.00 per rental
