Large Family Mas with swimming pool located in the heart of the Cévennes in BANNE, a village full of character rich in our historical past, as well as its 27 Dolmens to discover. An ideal place for stays for several people, the house offers you the freshness of its stones, its vaulted cellars, its magnificent wooded and shaded garden for your Ardèche naps. Come and pack your bags and let yourself be carried away by our local art of living.....

The Mas is made up of several terraces, vaults, patios and a terraced garden with its swimming pool. You will enjoy its spacious authentic rooms typical of old silkworm farms, with its exposed stones bringing freshness, its vaulted ceilings, its large fireplace.

In the courtyard in the shade of the Plaqueminier tree, there is an independent air-conditioned stone cottage, "Lou Pitchoun", allowing you to benefit from an additional bedroom with private bathroom and kitchenette.

Hiking enthusiasts, our GR awaits you for nature-style discovery trails, the freshness of our rivers, the view of our mountains, the sun, the cicadas... the holidays are already here...

Thrill-seekers, you can enjoy the many activities offered in the immediate vicinity: canoeing, rafting, canyoning, adventure trail, via corda, caving, mountain biking... The farmhouse is located 10 minutes from the Chassezac gorges and 20 minutes from the gorges of Ardèche.

You can also discover the remarkable sites of the Cocalière cave less than 10 minutes away, the Chauvet cave and the Aven d'Orgnac site 30 minutes away. You will enjoy walks in the Païolive woods a few minutes from the accommodation, as well as the many characterful villages of which Banne is one.

Biker friends, the vast private parking, the property's living spaces, terraces, swimming pool, garden, barbecue, area for pétanque games will make you spend unforgettable evenings.

Arrival and departure conditions:
- Arrival possible on Sunday or Monday (exception for the weekend of the ascent: arrival possible on Thursday of the ascent).

- In our absence, you will be welcomed by Nathalie or Michel and will remain in contact with them throughout your stay.

- The Mas is equipped with 2 Barbecues, 2 Refrigerators, 2 Kitchens with gas burners
- Baby equipment provided free of charge: 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs, baby bath, changing table
- Secure swimming pool with fence and child safety lock + key lock
- Swimming pool open from May to October, possible opening in April depending on weather conditions.
- Shaded, wooded garden, numerous terraces, deckchairs, parasols and shade sails.
- In the event of a 2-week rental, cleaning costs increased by 30 euros or 250 euros.
- Private parking for up to 5 vehicles and possibility of bringing in motorcycles.
- Unreliable internet and telephone network in Ardèche... Not suitable for teleworking.
