The Villa des Roches will be the ideal place for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. Direct access to the beach located at 250 m, water sports, hiking and discovery of the coast will be at the rendezvous. The house entirely renovated in 2020 can accommodate 8 people, and is composed of a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, an enclosed garden. Bed linen and towels are extra - we're waiting for you!

The house :
Fitted out on three levels with a sea view from all the rooms, luminous with its southern exposure, it is composed as follows:

On the first floor :
- Cozy living room with sea view fitted out with armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, games, puzzles for your convivial evenings. Access to the terrace and the garden.
- Dining room with a family table for your meals.
- Separate kitchen fully equipped: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and capsule Senseo, kettle, toaster, dishwasher ... Glass door gives access to the dune.
- Separate WC

On the 1st floor :
You will enjoy a magnificent sea view from all the rooms.
