This single-story chalet features a 15m² living/dining area with a kitchenette (filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, mini-oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and fan) with a double sofa bed and television. The 5.7m² bathroom includes a walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer, and towel warmer. There is a separate 2.2m² WC. Bedroom 1 is 8m² with a double bed (140x190cm).
