The former 19th-century presbytery, restored in 2002, offers an authentic setting. The cottage is independent with its large enclosed garden, very close to the church. You'll appreciate its spacious living spaces, ideal for spending time with family and friends: a 18m² dining room, a 10m² living room, which can be opened to expand the second 18m² living room.
Upstairs, there are three beautiful bedrooms: an 18m² master suite with its private bathroom (shower) - one queen-size bed and one 90x190cm bed; an 18m² bedroom with a baby bed - one queen-size bed and one 90x190cm bed; and a 9m² bedroom with two 90x190cm beds. There are two toilets and three bathrooms/showers.

Step back in time by visiting the Museum of Prehistory, the Roman town of Jublains, the Evron Basilica, the castle, and the medieval town of Sainte Suzanne.
In summer, you can enjoy the swimming ponds at the Gué de Selle leisure center in Mézangers, for example (swin-golf, canoeing, etc.). A wide range of swimming pools in Bais, Evron, and Sainte Suzanne are perfect for cooling off.
