- a nice South-West-exposed terrace with a dining corner,
- a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a sleeping area with a double bed, separate to the living room,
- a bedroom with a bunk bed,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, blender, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- Wi-Fi, TV and fan,
- an access to the parking of the residence,
- an access to all the residence equipments : 2 outside swimming-pools, 3 tennis courts, a pétanque court, 2 children's playgrounds.
The pools are only open in summer.

## Neighborhood

Close to Megève center, 10 min walking to Chamois cable car and 15 min walking to Rochebrune cable car, you will be in the best place to enjoy the huge ski domain. All the shops, including ski and equipment rental shops, will be a few minutes from the flat, as well as numerous bars and restaurants. Megève’s city-center is only 7 min away on foot – you will find the casino, the cinema as well as the museums – but you can also easily move around the city and reach the other cable cars thanks to the free bus service. Lastly, in summer, you will also find many activities around the resort: shopping, hiking, mountain biking…
