Although you will never want to leave because of the gorgeous heated pool and swing set in the backyard. Keep your kids entertained for hours on end. Outdoor shower is a must at the end of a great day. Expansive deck area great for meals and play. Open floor plan makes for beautiful family time and memories. 2 upstairs bedrooms and 3rd bedroom/playroom on main floor. 2 full bathrooms. Air conditioning. Quick drives to both Amagansett and East Hampton towns for great restaurants and shopping. Go on adventure walks and bike rides in the beautiful quiet neighborhood of Barnes Landing. Wonderful location in Barnes Landing private bay community. Peaceful nature preserve. Walk to bay or quick drives to ocean beaches. Spend hours outside at the pool, on the deck grilling and enjoy nature all around. Perfect Hamptons getaway.
