This private suite features a separate bedroom and living area with its own entrance, offering a simple and comfortable layout for your stay in Fernie.

The bedroom includes a double XL bed dressed in hotel-quality linens and a storage closet. The private ensuite bathroom features a full bathtub, fluffy towels, a hair dryer, and locally made soaps.

A second space provides a seating area with a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a day outdoors. A mini fridge and microwave are available for storing and reheating simple meals.

Guests can also step outside to a large balcony with mountain views and a small seating area to enjoy the fresh air.

A practical, well-located space for enjoying everything the Elk Valley has to offer.

IMPORTANT: In all lock-off units like this one, the strata forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves that are already provided.

This suite includes a microwave and fridge, but does not provide dishware, cutlery, or glasses. Please bring your own if you intend to prepare or heat up meals.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.

Great private stay in fernie

Fantastic cost effective stay in fernie, private, small lounge area, comfortable bathroom, queen separate bedroom. Lots of room to hang garments, walking distance to great hotel bar/dining, walking distance to fuel station with everything else you might need. Nice large deck area to hang outside. 5 minute drive to Fernie alpine resort. Arguably one of the most cost effective places to stay and play within Fernie.

Deck table and chairs were dirty. There’s a loose piece of flooring on the top step leading up to the suite. There weren’t any plastic glasses of any type to use to drink water. Check was cumbersome with a third party involved. (Portal Stayin Club).

Quite adequate for a single traveller. Comfy bed and sofa. Really appreciated the ceiling fans in both rooms. Suggested improvements would be a floor or table lamp in the living room for better ambient lighting as well as providing disposable cups. Not much point in providing dish cloths and a bottle opener if there’s nothing to drink said beverage with.

Rental Fernie

This property needs air conditioning, especially in a unit where windows won’t open. 33C outside unit was worse than an oven. Couch is worn out sinks right to the floor. Bathroom sink does not drain. Not happy at all with staying at this place and will not stay again, or reccomend to anyone else.
