Direct Oceanfront NE corner ! See the ocean from every room!

This top of the line beautifully decorated end unit provides not only oceanfront view but the large north facing picture windows in the Living room and dining room add miles of extra scenery!

The upgrades to this pristine unit are remarkable and make this one place you will never want to leave!

Relax in luxury while enjoying all the comforts of home, including the new Spa like Primary Bath!

Oceanfront Primary Suite has King bed, Balcony access, Flat screen TV, Large walk in closet. Exquisite primary bath boasts modern soaking tub, walk in shower, his and hers double vanity.

Second bedroom has Queen bed and private bath with walk in shower . Third bedroom has 2 twin beds and is adjacent to large full guest bathroom with shower and tub.
Both guest rooms have flat screen TV's, walk in closets and Ocean and river views!

The Sanibel building sits on the border of the traffic free beach so with just a few steps you can avoid any cars driving by while you are playing in the sun.

Take a stroll down the beach to Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joes Restaurant for cocktails over the ocean and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner,
or visit one of the many waterfront restaurants nearby. Just a 5 minute drive to the Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and a one hour drive to Historic St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, and all major theme parks.

Building amenities include sparkling oceanfront pool, oceanfront hot tub,
gym, club room with pool table, and community grill.

Secured entrance to the building as well as secured underground parking for one car per unit. Upper open parking deck is first come first served. 2 Car Max per unit

Sorry the Sanibel building has a no pet policy

Sanibel is a one week minimum rental building with Sat to Sat bookings only please in the months of June and July! Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.

Beautiful condo and beach

Awesome clean condo, beautiful beach. Only thing I didn’t care for was having to go to the realty office to pick up keys instead of being able to use the keypad on the condo door. Other than that, no complaints. We will be back.

**WONDERFUL!** We loved everything about this condo! The access to the beach is easy, elevators are fast, there is a great restaurant we walked to twice. The beds/pillows are extremely comfortable! The shower was always hot and has great water pressure. The views are great - You can see the sunrise from the balcony, and the sunset through the HUGE windows. The kitchen is perfect - plenty of spices, sharp knives and dishes. Loved your coffee cups! This was right up our alley! The cleaning crew did a great job -everything was spotless! We will look for this condo 100% when we come back next year!

Great condo

The condo was nice and spacious. We loved the views it had and the cleanliness. The condo was located in a very nice area and my family really enjoyed our time!

Great week in Daytona

The unit was as described and definitely one of the best we have ever stayed in. The only complaint is the master bedroom stayed warm as there was only 1 vent for the room but we spent minimal time in there so it was not really an issue .
