Come and stay in this gîte accessible to people with reduced mobility, in an independent farmhouse with a 1,800 m² wooded garden, in a very quiet hamlet between Beauce and Val de Loire, 5 km from the Loire à Vélo route. You will find this gîte in a very quiet hamlet between Meung-sur-Loire and Beaugency, located 5 km from the Loire à Vélo route. It is located in an independent farmhouse with a courtyard at the front and a huge 1,800 m² wooded garden at the back.

On the ground floor you can enjoy a large living room with a lounge area and a dining area, as well as an open kitchen. There are also 2 bedrooms (Bedroom No. 1 with 2 90x190 beds; Bedroom No. 2 with 2 90x190 beds) and a separate bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Upstairs, you will find a small mezzanine with a relaxation area, bedroom No. 3 (2 90x190 beds) and its adjoining bathroom (bathtub, sink) and a separate toilet.
All beds can be pushed together.

Outside: courtyard where you can park, private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
