It is located in a detached farmhouse with a courtyard at the front and a huge 1,800 m² wooded garden at the back.

On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a large living room with a sitting area and a dining area, as well as an open-plan kitchen. There are also two bedrooms (Bedroom 1 with two 90x190 cm beds; Bedroom 2 with two 90x190 cm beds) and a separate bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Upstairs, you'll find a small mezzanine with a relaxation area, bedroom 3 (two 90x190 cm beds) and its en-suite bathroom (bathtub, sink), and a separate toilet.
All beds can be pushed together.

Outside: courtyard with parking, private terrace with garden furniture, and barbecue.
