Summary:

Spacious 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom including TWO master bedrooms each with an ensuite bath and TV. Fully equipped kitchen and open concept living area that has glass patio doors leading to the pool. There is ample seating inside and out for you and your guests to relax. Screened in heated pool so you can enjoy Florida weather year around. Pool remains at 84 degrees.

Bikes, beach items, a pac n play, highchair and stroller are provided. This is one of our 10 properties in this neighborhood!



The Space:

Experience peace and serenity from the moment you enter this property. Located on the coveted 500 block in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach and just a mile away from restaurants, specialty shops, entertainment and more in the Mercato Shops. Ask us about the Golf Cart service to the beach! We currently host 11 properties in this area.

This beautifully appointed four bedroom/three full bath home boasts two master bedrooms each with an ensuite bath and TV. The third bedroom features a queen bed and shares a bath with the fourth bedroom equipped with a trundle bed and an additional twin bed. Two very comfortable twin size converta-beds can be added to either of the king size rooms or the common area.

An open concept living area is spacious and reveals a large sectional sofa and oversized chair. There is ample seating for you and your guests to relax, take in your favorite sporting event, or have movie night on the TV equipped with Xfinity channel lineup. After you prepare a home cooked meal in your extensive fully equipped kitchen you can enjoy your meal at the dining room table, breakfast bar or outdoor dining area. Glass patio doors to the pool bring the outdoors in. A gas grill is also provided for your convenience.

The heated pool is screened in so that you can enjoy the wonderful Florida weather all year round. Soak up some sun on the chaise lounges or just sit around the pool and watch the kids play. This home also has an easy to install baby safety fence for the pool.

Both master bedrooms feature Tommy Bahama furnishings and the entire home is over-sized and spacious with high ceilings.

You have a washer and dryer, bicycles, beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella for your use.

For those traveling with children, we provide a pac n play, highchair and stroller.

WiFi is also available throughout the home.



The Neighborhood:

Naples is a mecca for vacationers. Our neighborhood is quiet, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants, retail shopping, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are all within close proximity.



Getting Around:

There are sidewalks on many of the streets and bike and running paths are numerous.

Amazing Family Vacation

We had the best stay, the hosts were wonderful, the house had everything we needed & the pool was perfect. My son swam in it every day. And being so close to the beach & grocery store was perfect. We loved staying at this house!

This Home away from Home was so wonderful! It literally had everything we needed and more The layout is perfect for a good sized Family. It was super clean and well stocked. Beautiful and Relaxing

Great place to stay! It is a beautiful property and the pool was great to relax in. Plenty of sleep space. Just like the pictures show! Thanks for a great time for our extended family to reconnect!! We loved it and if in the area again we all agreed to come back here.

What a great house!!! The pool was perfect for our 4 teenagers when we weren’t at the beach(3 mins away) first Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in with ample kitchen ware. 5/5 will be back!

Beautiful home, great neighborhood, great hosts

It's hard to ask for much more - the pool was perfect for kids, the house was clean and well-equipped. Walkable or bike-able to Vanderbilt beach. Updated laundry was a huge plus, as was the well-stocked garage for beach excursions. I would highly recommend!

Great location and lots of space!

We were excited to find a 4 bedroom so close to the beach. You cannot beat the location and the communication from the host. The pool is warm, there are many bikes that are maintained and the master suites have extremely comfortable beds.

2025 Spring Trip

We have been coming to Naples for many years, Love this area so close to everything and walking distance to the beach. Home was very comfortable for 6 adults and 4 children, beds were very comfy, and home was clean. The only thing I would suggest is more towels, both beach and house…did a lot of washing and drying of them. House was clean and as shown in the photos, back area was smaller by the pool than we have had in the past , but happy there was a child screen that would could use for piece of mind. Would recommend this property to stay again.

LOVE this property!

Our family had such a wonderful time at this property. The home is absolutely beautiful and even more amazing than the pictures are online. The home is in a great location to the beach and near lots of awesome restaurants. Christine was such a wonderful person and she made sure that we had everything that we could possibly need during our stay. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Naples. We are already planning our next trip!

Excellent Experience

This house worked perfectly for us. The beds were very comfortable and the backyard yard/ pool area was private and pretty. All of the instructions were clear and host easy to contact. Terrific that bikes and beach chairs/ beach towels were provided- easy bike or drive to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again the next time I’m in the area.

Fantastic property & Accommodating owners

Fantastic, well maintained and updated property. Perfect for our group of eight. Cynthia was accommodating to all of our needs and very pleasant. Only constructive feedback would be that the charge fir an additional guest over 7 was not on the website. We only saw it upon booking. The deposit is also charged to the credit card before and not a hold on the card. We would have booked anyway. Highly recommend the property and owners.

Phenomenal stay in Naples Park !

What a phenomenal stay in Naples Park! We could not have asked for better accommodations or vacation. This large, yet cozy home has everything that you need for a great family vacation in a perfect location. It was super clean and comfortable. It has 2 large master suites with walking closets, 1 queen bedroom and the cutest kids room. The open layout is great and we loved that the kids bedroom was located far from the “entertainment” area. The heated pool was amazing and the patio area large. The house comes with 2 bikes, pool and beach accessories. The public and state park beaches are 5 minutes away. We ended up going to the state park beach almost daily, one of the best beaches we have ever been to. Christine was super to work with, she is very personable and quickly responded to any questions we had. We will most definitely be back!! We highly recommend this home for your family vacation.

Great location and gem of a house!

My siblings and I book a new place every Christmas for a week to get away from the cold weather. This year, we chose Naples and so happy we did! From the get-go, Christine was phenomenal with communicating with us. If something was missing or propane ran out, she was there the next day bringing it over. She also recommended a lot of local restaurants which we tried and thoroughly enjoyed. The house itself had really comfortable beds, and a kitchen that was well-stocked which I have found is hard to find. The pool was heated and there were plenty of seating options to soak up the sun. The beach was about a 20-minute walk, but there were 3 bikes we could use to ride down there with locks as an alternative option. The whole experience was top notch, and I'd recommend this place to anyone looking in the Naples area.

Excellent communication with host

I stayed here with my husband, and our 17 year-old daughter, 21 year-old nephew, and 75 year-old mother. So, there were 5 of us. The bedroom situation was perfect for us. My mom had the king room that has the walkout to the pool, my husband and I took the other king room, I gave my nephew the queen bedroom, and our daughter had the front bedroom with the 2 twins. When the sun rises, it does come streaming in the front bedroom with the twin beds, and the 2nd king bedroom. We had to hang towels over the windows in order to sleep past 5 am, but we just went to bed a lot earlier than usual to compensate. I should mention that the bedroom with the twin beds doesn't have a real door - there is a barn style door but it doesn't meet the walls (large gaps) so that room doesn't get quiet or dark - it works if everyone in the house goes to bed at the same time so that the person in that room won't be stuck hearing the living room TV, seeing lights from the kitchen, etc. The first night we didn't realize the situation with that room so our daughter wasn't able to sleep much due to us being up with the kitchen light on quite late. After that though, we just all went to bed at the same time, on the early side and it worked just fine. The kitchen is very spacious and all 5 of us were frequently in there without anyone really bumping into each other. The refrigerator makes ice so that was handy. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, pans, silverware. In the bathrooms, the water pressure is great in the showers, and the water gets nice and hot. The temperature of the pool is perfect, and the pool area is very nice. We used the grill a couple of times, which was very convenient. The location is wonderful - we walked to the Mercato shopping plaza, we walked to the ocean to see sunsets, we walked to a pizza place. When you drive around there, it takes longer than you may think to get places - there are about 3 to 5 lights every mile in some directions. So, even though a store may appear to be 1-2 miles away, it will take much longer than you think to get there - there are no "quick trips" to the stores. We were able to walk to the Mercato shopping plaza in far less time than it would have taken us to drive. But we were on vacation so never in a hurry to be anywhere. We liked getting the exercise with all of the walking. The owner is very communicative and responsive which was the best part of the vacation! We'll book this house again someday!

À la hauteur de nos attentes!

Tout était conforme à la description. Grande maison, facile d’accès, bien aménagée, belle piscine, près de la plage (3 minutes en auto, 5 minutes en vélo, 12 minutes à pied), plusieurs équipements de plage fournis. Toute la famille a apprécié!
