Charming 4-room apartment with a terrace and small garden that sleeps up to 8 people, located on the first floor of a small family-owned building constructed by the owner’s great-grandfather.
It is rated 4 stars by the Briançon Tourist Office (2022 standards).
If you’d like to explore Briançon and its surroundings, enjoy this newly renovated apartment, ideally located between the lower town and the Cité Vauban, an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the Prorel gondola, which provides access to the entire Serre Chevalier Vallée ski area.
You can enjoy a drink or play cards on the terrace, sheltered from outside noise—like a cozy cocoon right in the heart of the city.
The modern and cozy decor has been designed to ensure a pleasant stay, as have the amenities.
You can relax comfortably in one of the three bedrooms, and the sofa bed will welcome you warmly in front of the fireplace.
The master bedroom features a 160x200 bed. The other two bedrooms each have two 90x200 beds that can be pushed together to form a large 180x200 bed. The sofa bed in the living room provides a 160x200 sleeping surface.
The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped, clean, and functional, so you can start your day off right or unwind after a long day.
We provide a baby kit that includes a travel crib, comforter/sheet, baby bathtub, high chair, and board games.
Linens (sheets, duvet covers, bath towels, and dish towels) are included in the rental price.
Your stay is made easier by the presence of all the shops you’ll need nearby, just a 10-minute walk away.
We know the area well and would be happy to assist you in planning your stay or finding great spots for your daily needs.
New for 2022: We now provide a ski boot dryer and heater, as well as a ski rack.
Also, to make your arrival easier, we’ll send you our welcome booklet so you can find the best place to park, pick up your keys, and easily connect to Wi-Fi.

Very nice place to stay for skiing in Serre Chevalier

Laurent and Nathalie were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well-equiped and a great place to stay with 7 adults.

Location and Value at Their Best

Great rental stay! Perfect location—5 minutes to a supermarket and 10 minutes to the ski lift. The apartment was well-organized and equipped with everything we needed. The ski area even exceeded our expectations. Excellent value for money!

Beautiful apartment in a great central Briançon location

We were only there for a short ski trip but we warmly welcomed by Laurent and Nathalie even though we arrived late in the evening. The accomodation is immaculately presented and well catered for with every amenity needed for a much longer stay. I will definitely be booking this apartment in the future.

Great spacious well equipped property

The host was great, information, communication all good. The apartment is one of the best we've stayed in. Great size, comfy beds and very well equipped. Represents excellend value for money. No lift ques when we were there, the Serre Chevlier ski area is one of the better resorts I've been to in 20 years for variety.

Absolutely fantastic!

We had an incredible stay! The property had everything we could possibly need, and the beds were very comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the fireplace was perfect as we watched the snow fall outside. The place was spotless, and the hosts were absolutely wonderful. Special place to stay in Briançon

Laurent and Nathalie are amazing hosts. They welcomed us with a beautiful smile on their faces, showed us the whole apartment, provided us with a guide prepared by them with tips from locations, restaurants, markets, etc. The apartment is outstanding in every aspect, has everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. It was a great surprise, far above my expectations and way better than it looks in the site photos and description. I really recommend this place if you want to live an amazing experience and feel comfortable as you would were at home. Mauricio Vianna

Really nice apartment

Nice apartment, very well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 separate bedrooms. Everything we needed, and more, was there. Apartment was clean and fresh on arrival. Friendly owner who lives upstairs and always responds quickly, very helpful. Garden with terrace where the sun still shines at the end of the afternoon. An absolute must for those who want to stay in Briançon, despite the busy road on which the apartment is located. We were not bothered by it.

Nathalie et Laurent sont des hôtes très attentionnés pendant le séjour mais également en amont. L’appartement est bien situé donnant sur une avenue passante, le jardin derrière est très agréable et calme. L’appartement est très propre et extrêmement bien équipé ! Nous avons bcp apprécié notre séjour et reviendrons certainement !
